Cinnabon has been around for YEARS - I remember when my cousin used to work at the Arden Fair Mall location like 30 years ago - maybe even more. This location has been in the same spot - upstairs next to Sears - since the mall opened! The smell just gets you every single time! My family usually likes to take home a 6 pack whenever we visit the mall and eat them over the course of a week or so. Cinnabon is usually too sweet for me so it's rare that I eat more than half of one whenever we buy them as they are definitely a sugar overload, but beloved for obvious reasons. They offer a new Reese's lineup, Topped Buns, frozen drinks and even Churros and Cookie Sandwiches. Staff is nothing special - they are usually approachable, but nothing over the top friendly. Service is usually pretty quick too and there is never not a line even as the pricing has gone up some over the years. I'm sure we'll be back again next time we visit the mall. Who doesn't love a classic cinnamon roll from Cinnabon? Went to the Arden Fair mall on a Sunday and the place was packed! Luckily Cinnabon was having an awesome deal on SUNDAYS only, kids eat FREE with purchase. Located on the west end of Arden Fair on the second floor near the closed down SEARS, this place has been a staple for years. We ordered a 6pack to-go with extra frosting and received a FREE bag of the New cinnasweeties, which are basically cinnamon sugar donut holes, for the kids. The lines move quick as the multiple employees are working hard to crank out more delicious treats for customers with multiple registers open. The ambience is a quick service, pick up only with no seating. You can walk a few stores down for seating at the food court if you prefer. We took ours to go as we were done shopping and leaving the mall and heading home. I always make sure to pick up cinnamon rolls from Cinnabon whenever I visit a mall, and you should too. read more

Was at the mall and looking for a decent cup of coffee. Came here around 10:45am on a Wednesday. Ordered two coffees and a five piece donut hole. Our server was nice and quick. Asked for ice in the coffee and she put just the right amount to make it drinkable. Actually a really good cup of coffee. She he donut holes were fresh and served with a side of frosting. I'm writing this review as another memory of Joe K and I. We came to the Arden Fair Shopping mall to specifically get my new wedding ring set sized for me. While we were at the mall, Joe had a craving for a Cinnabon roll. I knew that this was one of the things he talked about eating for the last month or so and had it on his bucket list. We finally got to fulfill his sweet tooth even though I could tell he was very tired from walking around. We each ordered the Classic Cinnamon Roll: made with a combination of warm dough, legendary Makara cinnamon, and signature cream cheese for a freshly baked, irresistible sweet treat - all the things we both love in the cinnamon roll. So I've been comming in here alot beacuse this is one of the places that just brings me back to the amazing days of childhood! This place has actually been here for years and I remember trips to arden mall when I was little with a stop to cinnobon! What is there not to love about a big warm ooohy gooey cinnamon roll that is full of cinnimon roll. Cinnabon has cinnimon rolls down to a science and they are all about this little piece of goodness here. I did get both types, the Carmel peacon and the the regular cinnabon. It's always such a toss up to make a choice. This time I also made sure to order one of their iced coffees which actually does knock any Starbucks frappichino out of the ballpark. The service has always been friendly and fast. The people work there are always so helpfull. I think I'm going to need to use my gym membership alot more now that I live so close to this place. She not only tried to help with the doordash customer service, she called me again after closing to notify me that they never picked up the 2nd time. When you get your Cinnabon i always suspect it being gooey and hot but when I walked away and already outside waiting for my bus it was cold in the middle and barely anything inside. Some of the employees have attitudes about things I was trying to ask about certain things and she was all snappy with her answers. I had a craving for this and this is the only Cinnabon I know of around here. It's only a small mall food court shop but they have the main Cinnabon, the pecan buns and the gooey cinnamon roll centers so I can't really complain. The cinnabons are the standard cinnabons you get at every Cinnabon which is deliciously sweet, gooey and cinnabonny. My main complaint is that they don't have their own seating, and a Cinnabon is kind of hard to eat standing up so you have to take it to the mall couches or to the food court seating. I feel like so Cinnabons are going by the wayside as so many malls and airport are going on the classy, boujee route with their restaurant selection, but I still like a quality cinnabon when I'm going through TSA or shopping at the mall! When I came home for Christmas and went to the mall, I completely forgot that they still had a Cinnabon and noticed it when I walked by and got so excited; a Christmas miracle! I waited in the efficiently run line and got my classic Cinnabon roll and enjoyed every bite!
