I'd been seeing this place online for a while and finally got the chance to stop in with my guy during one of our outings. So glad we did! We walked into a super clean, open shop and were warmly greeted by the ladies behind the counter. The girl helping us was incredibly friendly (and patient!) while we tried to decide... because there were so many delicious options. Tons of ice cream flavors and an insane amount of toppings. It took me a minute to craft the perfect combo. They also have a DIY boba station, which I was really excited about... but, yeah, I totally botched that one. I made the worst-tasting boba drink ever. I wish they offered samples like some other boba spots, cause I still don't fully know what I like or dislike when it comes to those flavors. Big miss on that part. But the ice cream? Solid win. I was driving by the area and stopped here for a late night sweet tooth craving. First time having rolled ice cream, but the texture and presentation is top notch. I ordered the Girls just wanna have Flan, was the custard ice cream with cheesecake bits, caramel, and condensed milk. It was our first time visiting Icicles, as we were looking for a dessert spot for the kids to enjoy. Of course, we checked YELP on what is close by, and this popped up! The kids enjoyed watching their rolled ice cream being made, and it came out amazing and delicious. They had numerous options to choose from, and they also had a 'make your own boba' station. Everything was clean, and we had great, friendly service! If we are in the area, we definitely will be back again! Came with my young child at 4pm on a Monday when it says they are open 2pm-10pm. Was very disappointed to have the door locked and not actually open. This business needs to update their hours, or even post a sign, if they are not going to be open. Cannot speak for the ice cream as we never got to try it. read more

Since 2019, I've been going to this place and it is one of my most favorite ice cream spots. I always get the strawberry fantasy topped with brownies, oreo, strawberries, chocolate chips, whipped cream, and a marsh mellow. Delicious ice cream & equally excellent customer service. The man with the mustache (forgive me I didnt know his name) was very thorough with the explanation of the flavors on our first visit, and was kind enough to point out his favorite which we loved. Came here for some dessert! Before I get started I would like to mention that they ROLL UP THE ICE CREAM. It is not scoops! But it honestly all tastes the same it just is how it appears and presentation wise. So they have the menu in the board. They also have sorbets. You order off a iPad looking device. You pick your flavor. Any toppings and any drizzle. They make it for you pretty quickly and call out your name! I got the fudge brownie one with extra brownie toppings and Carmel drizzle. It was okay. The customer service was quick and great. Very nice 2 gentlemen working there. Inside is super basic. Nothing really esthetically pleasing at all. Probably some remodeling would be nice. We used to come here sometimes pre-covid and the wait usually isn't that bad. But this time was pretty horrible. First things first, this place is located in a tiny Plaza but so parking can be a challenge during peak times. We ordered our usual, the "ube everywhere". It was a bit busy, but it was ridiculous because we waited 20 minutes before they started making ours. The people behind us got theirs first before we got ours, which was unfair lol. Ours also had an overabundance of coconut flakes than usual, which we didn't really enjoy. Anyway, when you go in, you order, then you can see the staff making the ice cream in front of you. Once they're finished, they'll take it to the "toppings" area, put your toppings on, and that's where you pick it up. There are a few tables inside if you choose to eat your icicles indoors. The door has a sign saying masks are required, but there were people not wearing masks. Staff did not enforce mask wearing. And yes, this place is overpriced for what you get lol. read more

Ice cream rolls! They are located in the same plaza as Panda Express and The Habit burger. Due to the current order, they do not have any tables or chairs available inside to eat or hangout Only take outs or delivery. They have quite of few selections to choose from. Dairy and non dairy menu. The price is now $9.95 with unlimited toppings. Because it takes some time to roll up the ice cream, it did took them few minutes to get my order but thats no biggie. Sometimes have to wait for good food/desserts! I ordered Time for Reece's with oreo crumbs, strawberry and honey boba which is 0.50 extra. The ice cream rolls were super creamy. Enough peanut butter taste which I like. Service was good. They share parking lot with other restaurants so might get little congested sometimes. $9.95 is a little steep for ice cream but I will come back again when I'm craving some and in the area. read more

The ice cream was good, but the vibes were way off. The interior really needs a makeover, or at a minimum have some music playing so you don't have to listen to the toy claw machine playing the same horrible music over and over. There was only one person working, and rolled ice cream by nature takes forever to make, so we had to wait a loooong time to get our food. And then there wasn't any outdoor seating to escape the horrible music so we ate in the Pizza Twist patio next door and luckily no one kicked us out. Probably won't be back. read more

The chilli wonton soup was genuinely good, probably the standout for me. I'd happily go back for that. The cinnamon rolls were alright. I tried the Biscoff Crunch, Dubai Pistachio with Strawberry, Cookies & Cream, and Banana Pudding flavours. They looked the part and were decent enough, but nothing that had me thinking, "Bloody hell, I need another one of these." The waffles, unfortunately, were a different story. They weren't cooked properly through the middle, chewy and gooey rather than crisp on the outside and fluffy inside. The Biscoff flavour was also barely noticeable. The drinks are very much geared towards the social-media crowd: lots of milk, lots of toppings, lots of visual appeal. If you enjoy taking a photo of your drink before taking a sip, you'll probably have a field day. And then there's the price. For what you're actually getting, it feels rather steep. The food is, at best, mediocre in several areas, yet the prices seem to suggest these ingredients were mined personally by King Charles. Ironically, I actually would have gone back for the chilli wontons, banana pudding and Biscoff pudding. But the experience around their influencer/collaboration side left a rather sour taste. If you're a collaborator or influencer, BE WARNED! No real communication or courtesy message. Perhaps I'm old-fashioned, but if you're going to deal with people, a simple response goes a long way. But then again, they perhaps cherry-pick whom to interact with based on their social media activity. And finally, watching someone at the counter struggle with some basic maths while taking an order was certainly an experience. I'm all for supporting people, but perhaps the calculator deserves a little more screen time than the Instagram account. Overall: some genuinely good items buried underneath a lot of hype, presentation and rather ambitious pricing. I'd happily return for a couple of the things I enjoyed, but I wouldn't be rushing back for the overall experience. Food: 3/10 Value: 2/10 Presentation: 8/10 Social-media appeal: 10/10 Would I return? For the chilli wontons and a couple of puddings, yes. For the rest... probably not.

Ensure that the correct price is visible. Put painter's tape, cover the wrong price, and write over it with a marker. And it's not supposed to be $6.99, then fix your POS system. It's the principle, it's not about the 50 cents. Maybe the company will use the 50 cents it grabbed from me to get the receipt machine to print properly. Again, the workers here did nothing wrong. Pinkberry needs to do better as a company. Check on your stores and systems and make sure everything is accurate and up to date.
