This stop was highly requested by my passenger princesses (and I'm very much a go with the froyo flow type of person, so I happily obliged). We stopped in on a Sunday evening, and service moved along pretty quickly. There were only about three customers ahead of us, though I could definitely see the wait getting a bit lengthy if the line were much deeper. The gals working behind the counter were friendly, patient, and kept things moving. There was a nice variety of flavors and toppings, everything looked fresh, and everyone in our group left happy with what they ordered. Clean, quiet, and I don't blame the girls working for the disappointing business moves here. I got a small, plain tart, no toppings cup of froyo. Pure froyo. Plain tart - Pinkberry does it best. I got charged $6.99 when the menu says $6.49 for a small cup with no toppings. I asked if this was tax and the girl said yes with zero confidence. Receipt shows no tax added. Pinkberry needs to work on their POS system to ensure accurate pricing or fix their displays. Pinkberry corporate needs to their stuff straight otherwise it's confusing for the workers AND customers. If it's truly $6.99, then print that out on the wall menu. Ensure that the correct price is visible. Put painter's tape, cover the wrong price, and write over it with a marker. And it's not supposed to be $6.99, then fix your POS system. It's the principle, it's not about the 50 cents. Maybe the company will use the 50 cents it grabbed from me to get the receipt machine to print properly. Again, the workers here did nothing wrong. Pinkberry needs to do better as a company. Check on your stores and systems and make sure everything is accurate and up to date. read more

Pink berry is one of my favorite place to get yogurt. I like that they have varying sizes you can choose from. A small size is perfect for me but I like to get a medium and save it for later since it's only $1 more. My personal favorite flavor here is the tart. I think they have the best tart out of all yogurt chains. It's the perfect amount of tart and sweetness. Employees were very nice and were glad to give out samples. I went on a Saturday night and it was busy, and luckily was able to get the last table. read more

I came in last night 30 minutes before closing. I received excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I did not get the other ladies name but Ayva and the other lady both assisted me. They were very polite and helpful. Per usual, I got a small pomegranate with cheesecake bites. My favorite and only thing I get from Pinkberry. It was delicious! Walking up to the door, it was really clean. Inside and their workstation were spotless. read more

Love pinkberry. I went in to redeem my $5 birthday reward. I got a regular tropical mango smoothie- passion fruit base with strawberries added and whipped crem on top. It was very tasty and only $1.99 after taking off my reward. Customer service is excellent and it's very cozy inside. Quiet and not super busy either. read more

Came here on a weekend and it wasnt too busy. Line was short and staff was pretty quick. Place was clean. First time coming here but I've been to other similar businesses. I like how they do not charge by the weight. So when I get a brownie with my order, it doesnt jack up the price quite a bit. Their fruit was fresh. Toppings were good and they had a good assortment. Only thing is I with they could have had more flavors for the frozen yogurt based. Otherwise it was still good and worth the price. read more

Great froyo, clean shop -- just watch out for hollow scoops! Review: Came here for a quick frozen yogurt stop and left pretty satisfied overall. I am a really big froyo lover. This was my first time trying pink berry. As I walked in, the floor was very slippery and dirty and restrooms were dirty as well. I do believe the options are healthy but it was not towards my liking. My friend got the milkshake and she really liked it and recommends it. I love frozen yogurt... What I don't like is when it's so super sweet that it becomes more like ice cream. This is why I love Pinkberry! They always have tasty flavors. They can be enjoyed on their own, or you can take a dive into the numerous toppings, and create your own concoction of yumminess. I usually don't put fresh fruit with my frozen yogurt, but I must say, the fresh strawberries with granola truly made this an epic dessert. The sweetness of the strawberries, combined with a slightly tart taste of the yogurt and the fresh crunchy granola... mmmm, mmm, yes! My date added gummy's, and brownies to his yogurt, and while the brownies were tasty, and I am totally a chocolate fan, I'm sticking with a fresh fruit and granola. Flavors change frequently, and it's all the more reason to visit on a regular basis. Parking can be a challenge, but where isn't it a challenge these days?!? Pinkberry has always been my favorite frozen yogurt place. They have really good quality frozen yogurt and toppings are always fresh. The frozen yogurt is not too sweet either. Unlike most frozen yogurt places, this is not self serve and does not get weighed by the ounce. The worker will serve it for you. Toppings are technically unlimited but will be capped based on capacity of the cup. This location is quiet and never too busy. read more

First time at a Pinkberry. I didn't like the fact I wasn't able to put my own yogurt or toppings on. It was pretty pricey too! When my daughter started eating her yogurt. She noticed there wasn't a lot of yogurt in her cup. There was a huge space in the middle. She was pretty disappointed. They had lots of seating inside, some seating outside. Sad that we can't fill our own bowls with the portions that we want (not sure if they've always been this way or just post-covid), but understandable if it's the latter reason. The pomegranate ans original yogurts taste almost the exact same, can barely taste the pom. The yogurts are also a little too sweet, which takes away from how theyre supposed to be a healthy alternative. Should make a low sugar one for people who don't need so much sugar in them. Would also be easier to eat with smaller fruit pieces since the big ones kept falling off when trying to dig into it and eat the top portion. read more

I used to come here a lot when I lived in the area, but since moving, I have been just once recently. I'm a huge fan of their OG flavor and their seasonal Pumpkin flavor. I love the tartness of their yogurt! This recent trip was a letdown though, they were actually OUT of the OG. I couldn't believe it - they were also out of a couple of fruit toppings. I decided to go with the Hazelnut and while it wasn't the flavor I came for - it was still yummy. I added coconut, chocolate chips, Nutella (they charge extra for it) and cheesecake bites. Those cheesecake bites are heaven on any flavor in my opinion. They were pretty slow this day too I remember with only 1 person working so a line built up while I was there, but the guy worked as fast as he could even though I felt rushed when it was my turn to order. I also like that Pinkberry throws in ice bags if you're taking yours to go - which at this point, I think we all are, right? Just ask if they don't automatically include them - they really do work and keep your froyo from melting! This is especially great tip for delivery! They also sell pints! Nothing like opening up that freezer on a hot or cold day and realizing you already have some at home! read more

I tried to pay with a gift card for a large yogurt that was supposed to be 8.99 my card had 15.74 on it the guy at the register how I should swipe it and made me do it 3 times after which I saw approved on the screen but yet he went and got his coworker and they told me I owed 9 dollars more and I paid in cash that so I paid 3 times the price so can you train your workers how to work that register read more

I rarely come to this Pinkberry but decided to stop by since I was in the area. When entering, my friend and I were greeted by a chirpy worker which was awesome. He was so cheerful and made the place so fun. Smiling and bowing to each customers. He was also very patient. My friend and I both got the small swirl of cookies and cream, chocolate hazelnut with toppings. We both loved it but it seemed like the portion of the yogurt got smaller. The taste is still good but wish it was more. I was hoping they have chocolate sprinkles as a topping but they only have rainbow sprinkles. There are many toppings to choose from but I ended up just getting Oreo crumbs and a waffle cone. read more

Walked in here by chance and now it has become our go to place. I love their tart frozen yogurts and am absolutely in love with their spiced autumn cider (it reminds me of a spiced apple yogurt I used to get in my lunches as a kid). I always wish I had a little more frozen yogurt in my cup since I don't care for their toppings usually. I must come at a weird time when they're super low on fruit or out of it and I don't care for any of the candies. Staff are super friendly and it seems like they enjoy their job here which makes me feel good about supporting this franchise! read more

Honestly, I felt completely insulted like you're not supposed to say things like that to your customers or even about your customers. I felt myself getting ready to go completely off on him, so I walked away and went to sit back down. He had the audacity to tell my niece some people can't handle the truth. It's so baffling to me that a manager would say something like that. I know employees sometimes say inappropriate things, but he should know better!! The person serving us was really friendly and was great with my niece and nephew. The owner rung us up and was really friendly as well. I did not eat the ice cream, but the service and the way they looked makes me think it is decent ice cream. Great place overall and I may come back to try this if I go to Me's kitchen again.

There is plenty of shaded seating outside the store, and a bench that can fit a few people inside the store. I already plan on coming back again this month because July is going to be hot and I need cold ice cream to cool down!

But then our server went on break, we got a new server, they took our order and about 30 minutes later, they brought out all of the food except for two entrees. A kids entree and an adult entree. They said they were going to make the food but we sat there while we watched dozens of people sit down and leave, staff rarely checked on us, and then an hour later, they finally bring out the food. It was an absolute disaster. The server apologized (the manager never came to acknowledge the issue even though they spoke to the server about the situation) and the server stated that there was some sort of miscommunication with the order. To be honest, I was more upset about the fact that by the time the two entrees came out, everyone was already done eating. So those two people just had to box their food and eat it later. After dinner, it was ice cream time. We order my son's ice cream (just a scoop of chocolate) first at least 15 minutes before they take anybody else's order at the table. They proceed to take everyone else's order (sundaes and specialty ice creams) and get this...my kid's ice cream came out 30 minutes after everyone else got their ice cream. Absolutely terrible experience and once again, no manager interaction with us, just the server claiming some sort of miscommunication again. My kid's food (the entree and the ice cream) was what came out a whopping combined time of one and a half hours late. They comped the grilled cheese sandwich but then had the audacity to charge for the ice cream! And on top of this...they automatically charged gratuity for the whole table! I 100% hate that this was my one and only experience with this place given its history, but this was just a disgusting display of customer service and the lack of integrity.

They offer scoops of ice cream, including some fun and unique flavors you won't find elsewhere. You can also order the ice cream as a sundae or a shake, or even a float combined with soda. I love all of the flavors, but the rainbow sherbet and chocolate flavors are always a favorite. On our recent visit they had a fun blue pop rock flavor and a mango sorbet, along with a delicious caramel ice cream. You can't go wrong with any of them. Since they're closing soon they are running out of certain flavors, so stop by quickly and don't be afraid to buy an extra cup to put in the freezer. We ended up leaving with extra rainbow sherbet, caramel, cookie dough, and pop rocks to put in our freezer at home and we'll be stopping in at least one more time before they close.

We live in the area so we just walk, but we used to live a couple of blocks over and parking is pretty awful. This is a very busy area where a lot of families visit to go to restaurants, so not only is it hard to find parking, but the drivers are a little wild because they're unsure of where they're going. The banana flavor paired surprisingly well with the matcha and made for a really refreshing drink. It was one of those drinks that I immediately knew I'd order again. But honestly, the highlight wasn't even the drink itself. It was the adorable little elephant vessel it came with. They put dry ice inside and then pour water into it, making it look like the elephant is blowing smoke out of its trunk. My daughter was completely mesmerized. Watching her reaction was worth the visit all by itself. What I loved most was that it wasn't just a gimmick. The drink was actually good, and the elephant made such a cute keepsake afterward. It felt like getting both a treat and a souvenir. The café itself had a fun atmosphere, and it was one of those places that felt a little different from your typical coffee or tea stop. Helpful tip: If it's your first visit, order one of the drinks served in the elephant. The presentation alone is worth it, especially if you're visiting with kids. Between the banana matcha and my daughter's excitement over the smoking elephant, this ended up being one of those unexpectedly memorable stops we'll be talking about for a while.

This was the highlight and highly recommend getting it. Blueberry Choux $11 - This was also really good too. The blueberry filling was creamy and delicious. It tasted really fresh. Macarons $2.95 each - Standard stuff. I got a Thai coconut cream and this is a flavor I haven't seen before and recommend trying it! In summary, highly recommend trying this place. We will dine in again for another date night occasion.

Wushiland Boba is my new favorite spot for boba in Sac!…read more I found out about it from a recent Feed Mei Mei YouTube video, and of course I had to check it out asap. I looked up the origin and it turns out Wushiland is a spin off from the Taiwanese boba chain 50嵐 (if you speak mandarin, it says Wushi Lan). Located on Sutterville in a tiny strip mall with minimal parking right next to the Freeport area where there are plenty of good eats, some of which are my favorite places in Sac to eat at, Wushiland is in an optimal location. Bright, clean, and with a decent amount of seating, you have the option to order from kiosks or up front at the counter. The AC was blowing cold and a nice respite from the El Niño heat. The workers are friendly and drinks are made quickly. Be advised that the drinks are voluminous, especially if you're like me and ask for less ice. Coming from someone who considers Chicha San Chen their favorite Taiwanese tea chain (but alas we don't have it in Sac), the difference in quantity is huge. Obviously if you're looking for a refined style of tea chain, Wushiland doesn't compare, but still the taste of their teas shine through and there is a good variety for everyone's palate. The first time I tried their earl grey tea because I have been craving an earl grey for a while, and that was deliciously smooth. The mini boba were so fun to chew on, and I usually prefer them over the regular size. They provide a ton of boba here as well. The next time I had their yakult green tea and that was very refreshing indeed. Both times my husband went with fruit teas, and had nice remarks to say about both of his drinks. He also tried their new QQubes and their texture was very QQ (I had a sample). We will most certainly return to Wushiland, especially since it's so accessible. Prices are standard, and honestly for the amount of tea you get, it's very worth.

I usually get them both at 50% sweetness. Another thing they offer here that some other shops don't have are the mini boba balls. My friend ordered the uji matcha latte macchiato with the mini balls, and he wanted another one to-go! The shop is a tad small and cozy(ish) since the seats and tables are close together. The theme is very colors of a bee; black and yellow. There's a long bench with cushions so it's a good place to sip and chill, and people come here to study it seems. Ive been here a few times mainly on a Saturday and all 3x it's been busy. They have 2 kiosks you can order from, or you can order from a human. Wushiland choose a good area of Sac to post up shop because it's the currently the only boba drink shop (for now) near Hollywood Park/Land Park and very close to Sac City College. They're located in the corner of a strip mall type plaza. And parking isn't too bad. Overall, good drinks for a reasonable price and service is decent. They have a fun logo, too. I would definitely come back here to try more of their drinks!
