I am usually a frequent customer of this location of Baskin Robbins and I arrived this evening at 9:45 to partake in a tasty treat after my dinner date and the two teenage girls that were working, had already closed ALL of the ice cream and told me verbatim that they had already cleaned everything and I could only get prepackaged items. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. They just lost an instant $30 and a lifetime from this unsatisfied customer! Never again! read more

It's not everyday you can walk into a BR where you can feel the pride of ownership. This location is one of those places! The owner is so friendly and truly cares for his customers. To all the fellow Blast drinkers out there, you all know that unfortunately they're not made equally. Being I live in NC, stand alone BR's just don't exist and I have to settle for the Dunkin/BR combo which is always risky and quite frankly sucks compared to a good ol' Baskin-Robbins. With only two persons behind the counter the staff moved quickly and were super friendly. The place was very clean and booths were very comfortable for lounging and conversation. The ice cream is great, but their customer service/ customer interaction could use some work. I work in the food industry, so I understand off days. But, I have been to this location twice, and both times had trouble checking out with my ice cream (workers and equipment). I got a single scoop of chocolate chip ice cream in a cake cone. So, my total was a little over $3. And I got the same thing both times. My first visit, the lady was very nice. And I had a coupon for $4 on my phone. She stated that the scanner didn't work and she would just give me the ice cream. Ok, not a big deal, equipment breaks. But the second visit (last Saturday night) I went back. This time, the lady helping was less than enthusiastic. She was bending over the counter with her hands on her cheeks. And was like I can help whenever. At check out, I pulled up their app with my gift card to pay. I still had $1.99 left on the card. I stated it was a gift card. She kept kept telling me it was a coupon. She said the scanner was messing up (my last visit was a month prior!!!). She kept trying the scanner and said it was my phone. And my gift card was invalid. And basically stated it was my fault. It took the girl at the window 4 tries to finally get our change correct. I ordered a simole warm brownie sundae...was told to pull up and wait for my order. .15 MINUTES LATER I got an extremely messy, half melted pile of mess literally shoved in a cup where the lid barely fit and it was sticky all over. Seems to me they made it, filled it too full of whatever the cap they loaded on top, then left it next to something hot before they brought the melting mess to me outside. Absolutely rediculous, not to mention the clueless girl at the window and the ding bat guy who thought I was going to just go away after handing me that mess. read more

I ordered 2 scoop vanilla ice cream with peanut butter sauce & Reece's pieces. He didn't tell me that there was no peanut butter sauce & then started to put on peanut butter cups which I don't prefer because I'm not a fan of chocolate. The ice cream was very good. But the server was terrible. She was an older lady (only about 55) however that is no excuse. It is 90 degrees out, and I asked her for a cup of water. She gave me the smallest size in ice cream cups and filled it with water. She made me pay 1 DOLLAR for that small cup of water. AND SHE DIDNT TELL ME. So when it showed up on my recite I was not happy. Then she was rude, didn't smile, and when I asked her if I could put toppings on she was like, "well it's gonna be kind of impossible with a cone." Came here yesterday with my girlfriend on the 31st for the special $1.31 one scoop of ice cream deal and ordered the chocolate fudge and snickers ice cream. They were both delicious! It was our first time at this location and the store is very clean and welcoming. The workers were very nice and allowed us to try the flavors we were curious about. My sister took a picture of my nephew reaction to the cake and it had to be private only for the family but she sent it to Maddie to show the appreciation. What your employee did next is beyond me, she shared it on social media websites where it went viral! Alexis is only 12. We are very upset over this. 'Twas the night before thanksgiving, so I rounded up my sister to go pick up the baskin Robbins turkey cake we excitedly ordered earlier in the week. To my absolute dismay, the cake we picked up looked like a dirty bachelorette cake instead of a turkey. This cake looks like a Pinterest project gone wrong. I go back inside and ask the girl working if there was something they could do about this cake. She said nothing to me, walked to the back, and didn't come out for five minutes. Then she came back, grabbed the cake, and told me she was giving me a refund. I still needed a cake for thanksgiving so she said I could keep this deformed turkey one for $43. I said this wasn't the cake I ordered online and she insisted it was. But it certainly was not. I'm so upset with the way this was handled and that my family will have no cake for thanksgiving tomorrow. I get expectations are better than reality but costumer service should never be this bad.
