How many people have a purple logo? Yes you might say that little Menchie guy stands out but he's so cute! I know what you're thinking. Not ANOTHER ice cream shop. Well you're exactly right, it's not. Yes it's ice and yes it's creamy but no THIS IS NOT ICE CREAM! Have you ever had a gelato? Then you already know what you're getting. What I love, and what's different about Menchie vs a gelato is all their unique flavors! Yes they do let you have a small sample to try it before you buy it. How much is it? That's going to depend on how much you eat. Everything is weighed, so if you're a person who wants all those yummy toppings, go ahead, you can have your Menchie and eat them too!

On August 29, 2025, around 2:40 PM, I visited this Menchie's with my 4-year-old. After he had…read morealready served his cup with toppings, I was told at the register that they were not accepting cards. While I understand technical issues can happen, there was no sign posted to notify customers before serving themselves. When I pointed this out, the cashier replied that it had "just happened 30 seconds ago." I then attempted to hand the cup back for disposal. Instead of taking it, the employee said, "I can see you holding the cup up, you can set it down," while slapping the counter repeatedly and gesturing at me to put it there. His tone and behavior were extremely rude and dismissive. This individual appeared to be a manager or supervisor, not a teenager in training--which makes the lack of professionalism even more concerning. Speaking to customers this way, especially in front of children, is unacceptable.

First off, this place looks cool. It has the whole retro thing going on. Bop's Frozen Custard kind…read moreof reminds me of a 1950's type diner and the staff was definitely friendly and professional. Looking at the menu, I saw what they called the Peanut Butter Mountain and being somewhat obsessed with ice cream and peanut butter, I went with this option. The Peanut Butter Mountain is vanilla custard, Reese's peanut butter cups, peanut butter sauce, and hot fudge. Let me say that this turned out to be an amazing choice and the price was definitely more than fair. A large version of this was under eight dollars. As I said, it is more than fair in terms of pricing and again, this was definitely an amazing dessert. Bop's Frozen Custard is a wonderful choice for a frozen treat and I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Kat Kat was listed on the menu and when I asked the young lady at the window if they were out of it or did they have all the other candies available, she said we don't have it. So we ordered two concrete with chocolate chips instead. Their menu says the concretes come with vanilla custard but they handed me chocolate. When I ask why they gave us chocolate instead, the girl swore up and don't that I told her chocolate custard. I wanted to spend my money at a local business but between the long line and argumentative employees, you're better off just going to sonic or some other chain ice cream shop.

They were OK. Served with 2 slices of bacon & watery syrup. Spouse ordered french toast sticks. Thick, battered & deep fried. Served covered with powdered sugar & a side of watery syrup. It's $0.49/ounce, which is more expensive than some I've bought. But they have a good selection of flavors, and a very good selection of toppings. Overall, I'd say this was worth coming back for at some point. And I definitely didn't have the same experience that another reviewer did--I counted at least 7 or 8 non-fruity flavors of fro-yo, including mint chocolate, red velvet, cake batter, and caramel.
