While I understand technical issues can happen, there was no sign posted to notify customers before serving themselves. When I pointed this out, the cashier replied that it had "just happened 30 seconds ago." I then attempted to hand the cup back for disposal. Instead of taking it, the employee said, "I can see you holding the cup up, you can set it down," while slapping the counter repeatedly and gesturing at me to put it there. His tone and behavior were extremely rude and dismissive. This individual appeared to be a manager or supervisor, not a teenager in training--which makes the lack of professionalism even more concerning. Speaking to customers this way, especially in front of children, is unacceptable.

Let me say that this turned out to be an amazing choice and the price was definitely more than fair. A large version of this was under eight dollars. As I said, it is more than fair in terms of pricing and again, this was definitely an amazing dessert.
