We've been coming to get ice cream from this Baskin Robbins since 2004! Having a child and driving past here to and from church, to and from school - it's an absolute must to make a stop! Especially when there's a little friend in the car with us, it's, "Mommy, can we have ice cream pretty please?" My eldest daughter, without fail, gets Cookies and Cream with sprinkles. I get Jamocha Almond Fudge. We like to sit at the seating area outside along Stevens Drive if at all possible. From this location being generous when my baby drops her ice cream cone while excitedly hurrying to her seat to enjoy her treat, to watching people of all walks of life smile and laugh and peruse through the array of flavors and toppings - what joy! There's an older Asian Male employee behind the counter that makes our experience here tops. He makes us feel like he's happy that we're happy and that he had a part in bringing us happiness. Absolutely the WORST "customer service I've experienced anytime, any place! I'm not paying premium price for anything if its an imposition for the vendor! The kid working Tuesday evening around 5:30 needed a shower, haircut, new attitude and different job. When I alked in, he was making waffle cones. No greeting- no nod, no acknowledgment of any kind. In fact he went out of so way to appear nonchalant, unaware, unconcerned & RUDE! Asked him how large a medium was, he silently, belligerently gestured to a beverage display. (Is he mute? No it's the ear bud! He's not really here!) I was taking treat to friends in the hospital, so I persevered. He made the order, not a word, not any inner action at all! This kid needs manners! I always ask them to PLEASE make my milkshake thick. Either they don't know how to do that, or just don't care what I want and make the crappiest milkshake (basically just really milky and runny ice cream). Only reason I'll keep coming here is because my son loves it. But I will NOT be getting anything for myself since they don't know how to make something so simple. read more

My family and I visit this location frequently for scoops of ice cream in waffle cones. The variety of ice cream offered is wonderful and we love the different seasonal and "flavor of the month" options they cycle through. The service here is always quick and friendly, even when the location is very busy. I wouldn't exactly call the ice cream inexpensive (though the scoops are generous), I do understand that business owners need to make a living, & with minimum wage ever increasing, prices are bound to increase occasionally. It's purely common sense. We will continue to frequent this location - keep up the great work! read more

Walked in on a blustery 40degree evening. I was there to pick up an ice cream cake for my bro's b-day. I was the only customer there. "How's business when the weather's like this?", I ask. Not sure what happened but this place has really gone downhill. I used to bring my kids for a cone every once in awhile. It's exciting to choose from all the flavors and we do like the ice cream. BUT the owners or management either changed or became tightwads. Seems prices went up and serving size went WAY WAY down. I went for a scoop and it was so small I could not believe it. At first I thought they accidentally gave me a "kid's scoop" which is cheaper, but no. It was their regular scoop. They do not pack any ice cream down in the cone, and the scoop is small and oval, not even round. It is like an egg sitting on top of the cone. Very pathetic. I thought it was a fluke and went back another day for a double scoop (over $5!!) but it was so ridiculous. I could have taken those two "scoops" and mashed them together and it would have been about the size of one regular, normal sized scoop at any other ice cream shop. Also please note if you want a simple "large shake" which is not all that big, the price is $8.69! Seriously, almost nine bucks for a SHAKE? No. Sad. read more

Messed up my birthday cake. It was custom order and he gave me a generic cake. Worst part is not only did MANAGER argue with my wife but he let his employe argue to at same time. We then come to find out after he shows us the ticket that the person that took the order never wrote any of the things my wife asked for. Then they didn't offer to fix it and continue to argue to where my wife was so upset she paid for the cake just to get out of there. She was so upset that my birthday would be real and that she called the store on GAGE. Their manager Jerome answered the phone listen to us kindly and said he would call other store and then return our call. The manager that fought with us for 15 minutes proceeded to lie to the manager on GAGE and say that he would've fix the cake if we asked. I figured arguing for 15 minutes would be considered asking. The manager on GAGE called us back and offered to make a second cake before he got off work and in time for my birthday free of charge. When we showed up at the other store to pick up the cake, the manager made the most amazing custom cake that looked like a hockey stadium. SO JEROME THE MANAGER OF THE GAGE STORE NOT ONLY SAVED MY BIRTHDAY BUT MADE IT AMAZING. The MALE manager on STEVENS not only fought with my wife but continued to call her a liar even after the order slip proved him wrong. It took a manager and his employe to bring my wife to tears cause she thought my birthday would be ruined cause the custom cake she promised everyone didn't happen till Jerome saved the day.
