My fiancee and I decided to get some ice cream from this Baskin Robbin's to celebrate her graduation today. We got to the Baskin Robbin's at 9:45pm on 3/12/2026 when they close at 10pm. When I walked up to the door the employee was sitting at a table in the front lobby, walked up to the door and said, "we closed" I asked why they closed 15 minutes early. She said, "we closed at 10pm," I said, "it's 9:45pm, can me and my fiancee get a single scoop of ice cream" she shook her head and slammed the door on me so I walked back to the car. Very rude, very unprofessional, I get it's a slow Thursday, but don't say you close at 10pm when it's not even 10pm yet. Go drive to a different location. read more

We've always had good luck with ice cream cones and ice cream cakes. I see it's temporarily closed. I hope it's for remodeling. Staff isn't bad. They're pleasant enough but don't go over and above. Was out on my bike and stopped in for a double jamocha cone. It was awesome. The nice lady behind the counter offered great customer service. She said I could have some samples if I wanted, but I was hot and sweaty and focused on jamocha. I sat inside in the a/c and enjoyed my cone in peace. I'll be back! read more

This place is cleaner than what past reviews have said, but as mentioned by other yelp reviewers, it has poor customer service. When I walked in, I came up to the ice cream counter. There were 3 employees, and 2 of them were helping 2 other parties, but the 3rd employee was just kind of standing up. I had to wait about 2 minutes before getting service. There were multiple flavors available, and I got this mocha flavor in a cone. It was creamy and had bits of chocolate in it. Don't do it. I ordered a cake online a few days ago for a birthday and went in before the party to pick it up. Wasn't ready. They tried to give me a cake a didn't order instead (mind you the cake i ordered was $30) and told me they were unable to refund me since the owner was out of town so I would need to call corporate. A few days later, corporate phone calls (they can't refund you by the way the store has to), no cake, and I'm out $30. Beware. Came in to get a mint chocolate chip milkshake. The young girl helping me was very professional and helpful. She made my milkshake and when she finished she proceeded to look for a spoon to scoop out the shake. In the mean time the other work a young man was emptying the trash cans so he proceeded to sit the trash bag down and with out washing his hand decides he is going to finish my shake. I then told the young girl that i didn't want the shake the young man over heard me and turn to me with this smart a$$ look and siad my hands are clean. I then told him i just saw him emptying the trash and he just shrugged his shoulders and said what ever. I then ask them who was the manager or owners. Wanted some frozen yogurt && didn't realize yogurt mountain was closed. . Next best thing was Ice cream. We stopped in since we hadn't been to a Baskin Robins in ages. Location Is in a strip mall, so space is rather small. Cute spoon as door handle when you walk up. I was surprised to see three employees working in such a slow day. They weren't super welcoming, but they got their job done. I want half and half, so I was offered two kids scoops. Idk if that's the best way of ringing that up, but whatever. I got strawberry and chocolate chip. They were good. My significant other got a cup of moose tracks. We normally LOVE moose tracks. I had already started on mine before walking out. He waited until we got to our next destination, across the road, to eat his. He hated it. No real taste and tasted old. He ended up throwing it away after one bite. How disappointing, especially when you pay $8 for two baby cups of ice cream. I can't say I would come back here. read more

Usually going into this location isn't so horrible. Yes lines in the summer are expected to be long and that is not the issue. The issue is when you pay 13 dollars for 2 milk shakes you expect to get the whole product not missing a third from each cup. It is also very frustrating to have former employees/friends tying up the current employees with personal talk for 15 to 20 minutes and not pay attention to the people ordering as they almost put banana in one of the shakes and that was not requested and insisted that they were right and the customer was wrong. We went into this store at 9:45 pm. They close at 10:00. It was me and my husband and then 4 other people coming right behind us. When we entered the store, the 3 twenty somethings told us they were closed even though it was 15 minutes until closing time and the cash registers were still running and the ice cream was still visible. I have worked in the service industry for 20 plus years and closing time is not 15 minutes early. But, this seems to be the usual experience when dealing with young adults who don't really care. Sign of the times, I guess. If so was the manager of this store and knew My employees were closing the store 15 minutes early, I would be very upset and they would surely know about it. Worse service ever!!! The two girls that were working were very rude and not helpful at all!! My shake tasted like pure milk and the girls were very discussed when they had to remake it and it still tasted the same! My husband ice tasted old. Just came by this place at 9:02 pm on Saturday 1/17. I brought my wife and three year old daughter on the way home from the Home Depot for a treat. We arrived and thought it was closed because ALL of the chairs were up on the tables, but the sign clearly said that it was open until 10 pm. There was a family of 5 in front of us, and a high-schoolish group of 6 that came right in behind us. Working was only one young man who looked like a senior in high school or six months out. The family in front of us was awkwardly standing around because the chairs were up. We tried to sit down when we finally got out ice cream and we were told that we were not aloud to sit down because the lobby was closed. I asked if they closed at 10 pm and the young man said that they do, but that we could no longer sit down. The problem with serving "ready to eat" ice cream in cups and cones is that it's intended to be eaten right then. My 3 year old was supposed to eat her ice cream in the car? It's not like these things come with lids. #1 - You're entire store is a lobby so it CAN'T be closed and you remain open. #2 - People have to sit at an ice cream parlor. #3 - The time for your employees to clean is NOT while the store is still open (which was the reason we were told that no one was allowed to sit) #4 - Ice cream parlors only thrive if people can hang out and socialize there (quick business tip). #5 - Have more than one employee (and maybe have some sort of uniform policy that doesn't include a beanie and sagging skinny jeans. Bottom line is that if we can't eat the ice cream there, we won't be returning. read more

By now you have learned the hard, hard truth that fro-yo has as many calories as ice cream and aside from Jamie Lee Curtis telling you that you will poop like a champ with yogurt, there is no delight like real full fat ice cream to get your depression rolling. I'd recommend chocolate chip. Maybe even a brownie sundae depending on the depth of your pain. This place is one of the few Baskin-Robbins around TN but stocks a lot of cakes for 'parties' (read pity parties for yourself so you don't have to go back day after day and can just eat the dang cake every night for a week). Hours are weird but parking is easy and traffic is low so you can do your walk of shame without many witnesses. Family and I walked in and out last night as ice cream mess all over the cases, dirty mop bucket in front of cash register (on public side) just sitting there and place just generally dirty. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because the ice cream is good. The service is horrible. I went in there tonight with my wife and there were 3 people working. A young attitude filled girl and 2, what looked to be high school boys. I was standing behind the next elder lady in line in front of me when the Cashiers friend walked in.. the girl immediately directs her attention to her friend and ignored the older woman in front of me. She proceeded to ask her friend what she could get for her, skipping us. When the older woman spoke up about it, the female Cashier laughed and rolled her eyes at the older woman.. she asked to speak to an adult manager and all three of the employees laughed. Baskin Robbins {Service and Attitude was horrible}has been in the same location for 30 plus years now since I took my children there and now its grandchildren I'm taking in for banana royals or banana spilts and I can't possible count the cones and scoops they start with when they are young. I guess my point is I've seen it so busy they have 4 employees down to slow with one worker only. My experience on Saturday however was shocking. I had one of my granddaughter's with me and she wanted a waffle cone two dips. I was on the phone getting two more orders. There was a looks like mom that asked what do you want? It was very said as rude as I've heard in a long time. I asked what time they closed and the other girl at the register said 10:00. It was 8:30 and no one else was in the store and I said thank goodness we are not holding you up. Finally we got the other which the older lady filled. The young Dyer did the register and gave me my receipt. As we were walking out , I told them all I hope the night gets better and thank you! The older mom like person was not a happy worker. Trees no doubt she did not want to be there. Perhaps she owns that franchise and has no help besides her two teenagers which are the age I'd have mine working and learning money doesn't grow in my purse. My husband and I own a business labor is always your problem. Now that President Trumps got this country working there's not enough starter up workers willing to be small business help. The staff is very friendly and accommodating when it comes to special requests. Sit down area is very laid back and they also have tables set up outside for warm sunny days. My personal favorites are their chocolate shakes and their chocolate peanut butter ice cream. Their ice cream cakes are affordable for birthday parties. read more

I never give reviews, but I want the owner to know how horrible the customer service is. Hopefully one day they will read these reviews. I sent my 14 yr old in to buy ice cream on Saturday night, 8/18/18. After waiting in line 15 minutes he ordered and received two scoops of PB and chocolate. Tried to pay with cash and was told they could not accept cash. He told them he would run to the car, get a card and would be right back. He walked back in- less than two minutes later, and tried to pay with a card. They had used his two ice cream scoops from his order to make the next person in line a milk shake! They then told him that was the last of the PB and chocolate and they didn't have anymore. I went in myself and bought two pints of PB and Chocolate out of the self serve freezer. They didn't bother to mention to my son that they had that flavor in pints. Not only are the people rude and super slow they are potentially losing the store sales. read more
