This location is a combo DD and Baskin Robbins. Pull up, and the outside of the building is not well maintained. The inside of the building looks outdated as well. Signage, some broken shelving, etc. Hours posted also had 24 hours but also different hours so not exactly sure what/if they close. Ordered a cake online and prepaid. Upon designated pick up time this store refused to fulfill the order. I presented a paid receipt along with the order confirmation email, including order number. They said they had no record of the order despite my presenting the receipt and order confirmation . Store employees refused to work out a solution to either refund me or provide the order and told me to call corporate. Ending up with no cake for my family's special occasion. I would avoid this location and spend your money elsewhere. read more

Part of the DD/BR combo locations. It is your standard BR ice cream so nothing out of the ordinary flavor wise. They also have ice cream cakes if that is more your jam. The place is fine and clean from what I can see. It's a bonus that they have a drive through as well, but the staff is friendly and gets your order out quick if there isn't a drive through line. read more

Came here late in the evening around 730p. Nobody here, and the parking lot was literally empty. There's 1 employee covering the front and the drive thru. I got the 3 scoop sundae. The sundae itself was decent. The clerk seemed like she had a long day and wanted to go home. She wasn't mean, though. The cones looked stake as heck. The establishment could use some care though. The inside stickers and decals were peeling and were put on pretty bad (wrinkled and sloppy looking). Even the outside storefront name wasn't lit up. read more

While in the drive through, Nehal P. Took my order of 1/2 dozen, 2 small cappuccino blasts. When Nehal said the total amount of $18.59 I gave him my payment but seemed like that amount was a bit high for 3 things since I've never paid that much for that order, which o get very often. I asked Nehal if I can get my receipt and he gave it to me. Once I looked on the receipt I noticed he charged me for 6 donuts and a small smoothie with banana and a small strawberry banana smoothie. I told Nehal that, that's not what I ordered besides the donuts. He told me it was the same price for what I ordered. I said not it is not because I order this a lot and I had never paid that much or it. The. He's going to tell me that the prices went up. I said it went up in 2 days ? (Because that's when I had bought the same order at a different location) he said that at that location it went up. I asked him to ring my correct order up so I can see and said no that I can drive off. If I can give a zero star I would. They are consistently out of ingredients for their sundaes and other on-menu items. I've complained over the past year more than six different times, even threatened to call corporate and even said I was from corporate, to inform the manager and if they didn't shape up, their license to have B&R at their location would be rescinded. Didn't matter. Try ordering a Reese's Sundae with the proper ingredients, amongst several other sundaes, milkshakes/malts, and others- they won't have it. This BR has terrible customer service. To start the place was closed before the advertised closing time. We were told to go through the drive thru. So we did and it was absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. The person that took care of us was rude and on top of that gave us the wrong order. All we asked for were kids ice cream one scoop each in a large waffle cone. His response was that we couldn't do that and we told him we had ordered it like that before and we don't mind paying the extra charge. His response was brash and acted like he was doing us a favor. When we got our ice cream it was not what we ordered and at that point we just decided to not say anything to him and just go to Cold Stone Creamery. If I could give this place less than one star I would. Bottom line don't go here go elsewhere. This place need to close ASAP! Or hire someone that has customer service skills. read more

OK so this is the second time I've been to Baskin-Robbins today because My cappuccino blast was horrible. So I went in this morning around 445 and ordered a cappuccino bless on my way to work I set up the window for a long time and wonder what was going on. There were two women working one could have been making orders and one could have been taking orders. It takes so long for one drink I'm almost late for work and when she brings it to the window she brings the car behind me food also. The car behind me pulled up five minutes after I did but somehow his food was ready with my drink. So I decide to hold onto my cappuccino blast which is icy and not like any cappuccino I've drank for the last 10+ years. I start work at five and I don't get out until 130 I left work and immediately went back to this location where I bought it with the drink and the same lady who sold it to me was there but of course she doesn't remember me. So she gets a manager and they're all looking at me like I'm lying about what I'm saying after arguing about five minutes I get a replacement but is just as horrible as the first one. There are chunks of ice cream not even blended and is barely drinkable and this thing is not cheap so this is my last time visiting this Dunkin Baskin location which I Patronize at least 2 to 3 times a week I'll take my money back to Starbucks where if I don't like my drink I don't feel like it's going to be messed with by a so-called manager who's on the phone while trying to solve my problem lost a customer how sad. read more

This is quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my entire life. I came her because I had been driving around and was in the mood for ice cream. This was the nearest location so I decided to swing by. I pulled up to the ordering spot and I asked for a brownie sundae. They said thy were out of brownies so I then asked for a cookie sundae that was clearly labeled on the top Right of the menu board. She asked me "what?" While giggling and when I told her I wanted a cookie sundae she replied with "uhhhh okayyy" and so I thought nothing of it. She then asks "what kind of ice cream?" And so I said "two scoops, chocolate." I was then told to go to the window. I pull up and she asks me "what was your order?" So I repeated that I wanted a cookie sundae with two scoops of chocolate ice cream. I was met with more giggling. "Okayyyy. So you ordered an ice cream sundae, two cookies and two scoops of chocolate ice cream?" At this point I thought this was getting a bit annoying. But I repeated myself again. For the 3rd time I said I wanted a cookie sundae with 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream. She walked away and came back, this time with another girl. She goes "so you ordered the two scoops of chocolate ice cream and a cookie sundae?" Again I repeated myself "no. Just a cookie sundae. But with 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream." The menu board told me it should be $5.49 +tax so I estimated it to be about $6. But the cashier tells me it'll be $11.45. Confused I asked how that was possible. And she told me it was because I ordered 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream and a cookie sundae. Extremely annoyed with this I asked to speak to a manager but she tells me that there is no manager in. I found this annoying since both girls seemed new and incapable of being left alone without a manager. I'm then told that the cookie sundae received a price increase (of $5?!) and that the board hadn't been updated. I told them that wasn't acceptable and that I should be charged for the price on the menu. I was then told "well you can pay it or leave." I did the latter and pulled into the parking lot and wrote this review. read more
