Time to find a new place for ice cream. This one used to be my go to, especially for my favorite holiday flavors. The couple that ran it were always friendly and the prices were fair. I went in last week and it's now almost $4 for a single kid's scoop. We got 2 regular single scoops and 1 kids scoop for $14. We got cones but put my toddler's in a bowl. After she ate some, she wanted a cone, so we asked for a cone. They wanted to charge me for it.... first time in my life an ice cream shop has charged me for a cone. We told them we already gave them $14 and got hers in a cup; they told me if we'd gotten it in a cone to start, they'd give me the cup for free to flip it into, but not the other way around - order it with a cup and you have to pay extra for the cone. Makes no sense to me. We just won't bother coming back. The 2 girls that were working were pretty rude and insistent that they had to charge extra for cones. We're not talking about a fancy waffle cone. Just a plain old sugar cone like we've always gotten. $14 for 3 small scoops of ice cream and then pay MORE for the cones. No thanks. I'll get my treats elsewhere. read more

Beyond & Above! I went to pick up my sisters birthday ice cream and requested shades of blue and baskin-robbins delivered! There were 3 different blues! Pick up was easy and took less then 5 mins! The employee was friendly and greeted me! We got mint chocolate chip and funfetti cake. Would stick to chocolate cake. The funfetti had a weird fruity taste. read more

I don't know why this Baskin Robbins name in Yelp says "Baskin Robbins 8394" but obviously there's no 8394 as part of the name. I came here with my coworkers after we ate at Five Guys Burgers & Fries for some dessert. The second we walked in, we were struck with the smell of waffle cones being made... fresh! I didn't want to order any ice cream, but I saw the parfait on their menu. I bought an Oreo soft serve parfait ($2.17 total) instead of a scoop of ice cream. It had fudge on the bottom and Oreo cookies on top. It was pretty good and just the right size. They had ice cream cakes in the frig and a lot of flavors of ice cream. We were the only ones in there and I'm pretty sure it had something to do with the cold weather. The girls who worked there were nice and pretty friendly. The tables were small but I guess you don't need big tables for ice cream. Good place to eat some ice cream! I recommend the brownie sundae because that was so good from past experience at other Baskin Robbins locations. Hot fudge over a hot brownie with ice cream and other toppings... *drool* =P I thought it was funny how my coworker's hair smelled like waffle cones while my other coworker's hair smelled like the greasy Five Guys Burger & Fries. lol I also took a horrible picture of their sign because I was too close. did a mobile order and arrived earlier than my pickup time. i let them know that i was there for an online order. i was expecting to wait until my pickup time and maybe even a few minutes after. i guess they thought i was asking them to have the order ready at that moment. the employees laughed while saying "usually people don't arrive 10 minutes early". they made the order with very small small scoops. disappointing that the workers felt the need to give smaller scoops because i was earlier than expected. there were also no other customers when i arrived and the employees weren't doing anything else. ‍ also as previously mentioned, i was very prepared to wait until my scheduled pickup time. i have been going to this location for years so its sad to see them go downhill. read more

We stopped there to get some pints of ice cream to take home. This is something we always do as a family in the summer time. We love getting 2 flavors in each pint so when we scoop the ice cream out we get both flavors mixing. Tell me why today they told us they can't mix the ice cream anymore. It's corporate policy. So 2 months ago I went into this store with my son and grandson. There were three teenage employees in there no one had a mask, leaning in coolers to get ice cream breathing all over it. Today I go in, the owner is working by himself has a mask on no gloves!! Takes my order scoops my ice cream, rings it up. Turns around and is pushing ice cream into a pie shell with his nasty bare hands. I said to him are you not going to put gloves on, oh yeah yeah I put gloves on... They have a wonderful selection of flavors! Shakes, Smoothies, Sundaes, Ice Cream Cakes, and Coffees Love that there are a couple of tables outside with umbrellas and benches to enjoy your ice cream~ we love going here to celebrate special days. The owners are very friendly and helpful. read more

I hope the franchisee will take note of this review. I am also a business owner and don't often post negatively. The kids you employ had the doors locked at 8:45pm despite posted hours of open until 9. I am a busy mom of 3 and had been counting on purchasing an ice cream cake to celebrate my son's birthday after our busy night of multiple soccer practices and a volleyball game. Your employee did not want to let me in. He kept shaking his head while I pointed at the cakes on the far wall. After several back and forth gestures, he opened the door. If you want them to close at 8:45, change the hours on your doors and on-line. Otherwise, admit people until 9 without turning them away. If I'd known this would be my experience, I would have chosen to go somewhere else. read more

Not recommended for anybody who cares about their/other's health during the COVID-19 pandemic. Covidiots were exposing everything with masks below their noses if not their chins. Per the CDC and Clay County Public Health Center guidance, "Customers should wear face masks/coverings [and] Maintain six-foot distance between customer groups. Average. My daughter ordered the mint chocolate chip dish and I got a cherry jubilee shake. Nothing special. Staff was nice.

I ordered a 3 scoop sundae and my son ordered just 3 scoops. When they were filling the order I made mention of the difference in scoop size. (the sundae scoops are now "junior" scoops) I was told that that was the correct size - might I add that they use the same size cup as the 3 scoop and with all the toppings it barely made it to the top. My son's cup was overflowing with ice cream - not a good comparison for the $$. My son went back in to PURCHASE 2 more scoops so that I had ice cream to go with the toppings and the staff felt the need to roll their eyes at his order! I posted this experience on their FB page and the only comment I received was regarding the size of the scoops for the sundae. At this point, I could care less about the ice cream - it's the principal of customer service. I don't understand why that was never addressed. BTW, they have deleted my post. read more

A word of advice- go to the North Oak franchise! Well worth the drive! The liberty store is full of teens who openly complain about doing their job and resent you for coming in to get ice cream. We avoid this store at all costs!!!! They give you half scoops vs. huge scoops at North Oak. read more

I have been going to B&R off and on for the last 3 years, only because it's the only one close to our house. I have to say, there is not a single friendly person in the entire staff to the manager. Very poor service, they all have attitudes and I always feel bad from the minute I walk in. I rarely, only if my child really wants something, will go back. Terrible management/ownership. I can't say one nice thing except the ice cream is good! I will go out of my way to go somewhere else. Step it up B&R Liberty! read more
