When I got to the address. It was simply a lobby with large windows so that you could see the bottling equipment. There was a sign stating that they intended to open a retail store "soon". But there seems to be a lot of community support for this business. If you go for a walking tour of downtown Independence, almost all of the eateries have signs in their window advertising that they serve Polly's Pop products. It tastes pretty good.

The oils are on the walls and the vinegars are in the middle. So many choices and not one disappointed! We got the Tuscan herb oil, pomegranate quince balsamic, and one of the raspberries. Everyone's always been friendly and helpful between the sommelier and the crew working the registers. I had a bad experience on my most recent visit to pick up a bottle of wine. I stopped at the register and let them know I was picking up a bottle of wine that I preordered. It hadn't been delivered yet, and the lady at the register I spoke with was nice and told me that. I understood and planned to swing by again later, so continued speaking to the lady. Then another employee interrupted me and very rudely told me the exact same thing the lady behind the counter just said in a way that came off as I needed to shut up and leave. That guy's level of service was so low that I probably won't be back. I have a ton of other options in the immediate area (Mike's, Total Wine, Plaza Liquor) where I've never had a bad experience like this.
