The food is mediocre ball park food. Nothing amazing that will blow your tastebuds out of the park. The servers are super slow. I think the guy at the host/hostess stand came around to our table to check on us more than the actual waitress did. They are all working off one POS system so that could be the delay. The website is horrible. I'm the SVP for a company and we were planning an outing for our some of our local employees and family members. In total 80 people. The one question I received so many emails on was where do you park and how much is it. Look for yourself. You can't find on their website anything on parking. You just can't. What a failure. If they can't even have something simple as a link to give you basic details on parking then I'm sure the event would not be successful. 39 of the 40 employees voted down attending the event - so I decided not to move forward. You really have to question management if they can't even do something simple as putting a link regarding their parking. There are other places to go to. read more

My brother just had a wedding reception there. Parking was convenient. The staff was great. The food was good. Overall, my experience there was positive. Who would've thunk that a baseball stadium could host a wedding reception. It must be reasonably priced because my brother and his wife were on a budget. Very classy place to have a party! read more

For a restaurant attached to a single-A team's ballpark, it's not bad at all. I went there to eat before the Storm game started. This was for a 7:05 game, so the entire ballpark (including the restaurant) didn't open until 6. The waiting time was around 25 minutes since so many people came into the restaurant in a short amount of time. The cuisine was very southern Californian--things like black bean burgers and aki tuna salads were on the menu. They had garlic fries which are MUCH much better than the garlic fries at Dodger Stadium. The garlic didn't hit you like a train. They also had "fuego fries," which are pretty much fries soaked in buffalo sauce then cooked, which were good as well. The salsa included with chips was more of a pico de gallo of sorts, nevertheless it was pretty tasty. I ordered the nachos mama, which were the typical tortilla chips covered in melted Mexican-style shredded cheese and chili, as in, beans and meat. It came with two containers of guacamole and what looked and tasted like gourmet-branded salsa. Regardless, it was really good. They were what you'd expect from a place that didn't say they specialized in nachos. The prices were very reasonable, the staff was nice, especially our waitress who had a great sense of humor. This place is not bad, and gives you more of an alternative to the dogs at the concession stands. The biggest hit against this place is the understaffed feel since it always takes a while to get seated and served. Even if you order to go it takes too long. I would also like to see them add more healthier alternatives instead of so many fried items. read more

Never, ever eat here. This the 3rd game I have gone to & tried this place. Each time was bad, but tonight was the worst I have ever... EVER... experienced. Team Mascot's birthday, lots of mascots at the game, thought the kids would like it. We tried the Diamond Club again, 3rd try...Strike 3 you're out & we are done. Kids love Kraft Mac & Cheese, menu says: Kraft Mac & Cheese. It was not, they would not even eat past the first bite, it wasn't even orange cheese? The house salad was really awful. The lettuce & tomato I am pretty sure was not washed. I could taste dirt, the lettuce was wilted & all stems, no leaf. It tasted bad, the tomato in it was weird tasting, not like a tomato should, but no idea what was wrong with it. What they called Thousand Island dressing wasn't. It was the right color, but ran like water. Tasted like maybe 1 part ketchup, 1 part mayo, & 500 parts water. Oh, I forgot, the salads did not come until after the meals were delivered... several minutes later. I kind of like my salad before the meal, but since it was inedible it didn't really matter. I ordered the Ground Ball steak, (ground beef patty with brown gravy & mashed potatoes) They just opened the park when we got there & they were out of it. Side Note: They had burgers, they were out of ground beef patty? Anyway, I went with the "French Dip". I do not know why they called it Au Jus, because it was hamburger drippings, yuck. And the best part... The French Dip was a bread roll with mold on it, YES MOLD, & the meat was the Carne Asada they put on their tacos. The better half ordered the "new item this year" Bratwurst on a bun. At least they didn't lie about this one. It was two sort of sausage looking dogs on two buns, that's it. The buns came right from the package, dry. Not steamed, warmed up, nothing just 2 buns right from the package with a dog in each one & the dogs were cold when they arrived. Someone call the Health Dept., PLEASE! Dear Diamond Club you should close for good before you hurt someone, really. Also, the staff should have their names all put somewhere on a list that says "YOU CAN NEVER EVER WORK IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY EVER" PS: Should have seen it coming, over an hour til game time, park just opened & the trash cans were overflowing with trash. read more

By far, the WORST DINING EXPERIENCE I'VE E-V-E-R had!! Went to the Diamond Club during the Storms annual Sip 'N Swing with my entire family and it wasn't that crowded so we sat down and the nightmare began. First, it took us 20 minutes to get menus and even then, only got 2 menus to share for 7 people. Waited another 20 minutes for a waitress to come to our table and take our order. Flash forward ANOTHER 45 minutes as I went to the warm beers that were sitting at the waitress' station and grabbed them for myself. After an additional 20 minutes, our waitress re-appeared only to tell us that they were "out if the chicken strips". Cancel 2 of the original 7 orders. ANOTHER 20 minutes later, 2 of the 4 burgers come out with the WRONG ingredients as the waitress explains that the 3rd of 4 burgers was made incorrectly but the error was caught in the kitchen so they were "re-making it". Another 15 minutes that 3rd burger comes out AGAIN AND IT WAS WRONG AGAIN. As the waitress sat the third burger down (burgers 1 & 2 were already finished by this time) she asked AGAIN "I'm sorry, what was the last burger you ordered?" SHE HAD FORGOTTEN but she said it would 'right up'. By that time we were waiting over an hour for our second beer which I had to go get from the bar AGAIN as most of the waitresses hung around doing absolutely NOTHING!! Now, drifting into the 2+ hours of waiting, our last burger came. The girls ordered sides of ranch dressing for their French fries when out comes our waitress AGAIN saying "she had MORE bad news", they were out of ranch. I had it at this point. My sister had to hunt down the manager to voice our complaints and when she finally did find her, she offered nothing but excuses stating the entire staff on the floor that day were "In training". REALLY?? Why do customers complaining about the HORRIFIC SERVICE need to hear about your training issues? I know someone who needs to be in training, A NEW MANAGER!! NEVER give excuses for poor service. Listen, apologize and make amends if at all possible!! My dining out food dollar will NEVER be spent here again and it's a shame as my entire family are season ticket holders for the Storm team. And while we were leaving and in the outside restrooms, two additional women stopped us and told us about their disgusting lunch service at the Diamond Club. Both their tables had food come out at different times, some waiting half hours between their meals as well. One lady told me that she ordered a cheeseburger and after over an hour, received the peanut butter bacon burger instead. The bad news? Her children HAD EFFN PEANUT ALLERGIES!! Are you serious? If her child had taken a bite, they could have had an allergic reaction so bad, that they could have gone into shock and died if the parents didn't have an epi-pen!! UNACCEPTABLE. HORRIBLE. EXCUSES OVER SERVICE. INEXPERIENCED STAFF WITH NO DESIRE TO MAKE YOU FEEL YOU'VE SOENT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THE RIGHT PLACE. Never again. These 4-5 star ratings on here must be friends of servers or the owner because what I experienced didn't even merit the 1 star I gave it. If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would.
