The cake was so yummy and it looked awesome !! My friend loved it! The service was quick aswell. They had my order ready before the pick up time and I was able to pick it up earlier!

I've been to this location several times. The people here are always nice and welcoming. Ice cream is of course really yummy. I put in an order for an ice cream cake earlier this month. Unfortunately my daughter ended up pretty sick. Postponing the cake by a week was a breeze. So I definitely appreciate that. My daughter was blown away by her cake and super happy. She designed her own picture for a cake and loved seeing it come to life. Thank you to the staff!

This location has been making my family's birthday cakes for the past few years now. But this past week I ordered 3. And I wanted to give a shout out to their amazing decorator Serina! She's so friendly and talented, I showed her the cake inspirations and she outdid herself!! My kids were so incredibly happy and impressed with their special order birthday cakes! Service 10/10 Talent 10/10 Location 10/10! HIGHLY recommend this location.

Best BR experience ever. We visited place to use our coupon and end up getting 10 more coupons. Owner was super kind and make me think about what is the meaning of hospitality. The crew member gave me 2 scoops of ice cream and it changes my paradigm of a scoop. It was too big, so I thought I couldn't finish it for the first time in my life. No expextation, but encountered amazing service. You guys made my day. Thank you! I will definitely visit this place again!

Best ice cream shop by ribbon too. We often go to all the boutique shops but when we're looking for nostalgia, some of this shop really is the best. Make sure you bring your kids on Friday and Monday mornings.

Chocolate milk shake instead of marshmallow chocolate ice cream

I was watching my daughter order ice cream from few distance. I think I heard her order a small cup of chocolate ice cream with marshmallows. But the young woman working there blended the ice cream with something like condensed milk. I thought my daughter had changed the contents of her order. after she got her takeout and sat in the car, my daughter said worker had misunderstood her order. my daughter did not order a milkshake. The receipt also said milkshake. I have something to say to the part-timer who just ignored my teenage daughter and gave her a drink. If you don't do your best at such a simple task, you will do it half-heartedly no matter what you do, and your life will go by half-heartedly. This place is not trustworthy. It is dishonest. I don't know how the owner presented the working conditions to the part-timer, but trust is broken by small things.

The sheer audacity of two perfect blue eyes and a frosting flower so majestic I wept. I walked in with a dream and a digital printout. I walked out with a cake that could end wars. This decorator didn't just make a Jigglypuff. She became Jigglypuff. And then she gave her to my child. If you're reading this wondering whether to order from here--do it. AsAsk for the joy. Amazing experience! Was looking for someone to make a custom cake for a birthday and this Baskin Robbins was able to execute my idea perfectly! Great customer service, Serina helped me out when I called and the cake was ready in 24 hours. Definitely will be coming back to this location for future cakes & custom orders.

Baskin Robbins is such a basic buisness service offered.. the ice cream tasted the same as always. I was just a bit disappointed that upon entering the girls couldn't be bothered to stop their conversations to say hi and allowed me to browse until I looked up at them signaling I was ready. It was a quick transaction and I was on my way. However, pretty disappointed mostly that I upgraded my cone because it was entirely stale and rather gross.

Requested a custom cake with all icecream inside, and they gave me exactly what I wanted !! Cake was perfect and will definitely be getting another cake in the future from them.

Recently custom ordered an ice cream cake for the first time and it was amazing. It definetly is a whole lot better than buying the ones that are already there. Terrible customer service. The employee helping me was rude and aggressive. He had tattoos on his left arm without wearing a name tag. It almost seemed like he was being racist towards Asian customers. (towards the Asians before me & myself.) Avoid this location at all cost. read more

The BEST customer service! Vaneet literally saved the day for me, when another location dropped the ball hard. Vaneet banged out a custom polar pizza for my son's birthday, without hesitation, in 15 minutes. I can't thank him enough for his amazing customer service and dedication to his customers. Amazing service, the owner Vaneet always greets all the customers with a great smile and makes sure that you get the best service that they can offer. So I'm not sure of the past management but I've been her 4x and it's been fantastic. Yes sure there was one person out of four visits wasn't as enthusiastic but why need to be that picky?! They got new tables, it's clean and it's br ice cream. BR is not the best ice cream I've had but it gives great joy to my kids and myself and they deal with my kids going crazy. Lol So hats off to the new management ! read more

Went into this location to redeem my pint for pint blood drive coupon held at the UFC gym , Met the owner who was such a nice genuine man, very friendly and engaging to talk with, definitely will be a regular customer when craving ice cream ,,,for the simple fact excellent customer service not to mention all the great ice cream flavors and really cute cakes. Support your local small businesses especially during COVID-19 help them stay open. We're all in this together !! This location is amazing , the employees are nice. Only incident I had was when I had arrived at 9:27 the girls were too busy cleaning to close which isn't until 10pm. When I got to the counter the shift manager named Pam I believe didn't acknowledge or help me whatsoever. I wasn't helped until 9:40 where the other girl came to help when she noticed the shift manager not helping. read more

The owner/manager runs this wonderful location, providing the delicious quality Baskin-Robbins ice cream we've come to love along with excellent customer service - warm, friendly & efficient! This store is a real standout - very clean and bright, with a wonderful staff! Spot is the best ive been too the service is excellent!I went there with my brother,mom,and son to buy a birthday cake for my dad and the middle eastern dude there hooked it up with some candles that came with nice custom candle holders for free!really recommend this spot my mom also takes my,son there all the time and she says hes always nice to them and hooking them up.customers are treated as they should here.5 star service here read more

This is our shop for sweet treats! The owner is so incredibly kind and remembers my favorite flavor...baseball nut! My kids have visited on numerous occasions on Wednesdays for BOGO sundaes. I think this promotion has ended but we keep coming back due to the friendly service from Brittany and Kai! Brittany was always our favorite ice cream specialist but now we love Kai too who always remembers our family. Update: It's harsh to base a whole business on one experience. Baskin-Robbins is so good. I'll give this store another chance. Mediocre service, when I walked in the girl said hi and then walked away from me and didn't make eye contact or speak to me for two minutes despite the store being empty. I wanted a gallon of ice cream she didn't even try to see if they had more they just said they only had enough for a pint and then coldly rang me up. read more

We have been going here for many years for cakes but this will be the last! First let me start by saying I don't know why that girl Brittany is a manager. She is rude and very unprofessional. We picked up a cake tonight that was very ugly, lopsided and looked like it was decorated by a 2 year old. In the pictures you can see the cake is lopsided compared to the cup standing behind it. Does that look like a thirty dollar cake to you?? When we told them we didn't want it, the guy James at the counter said we had already paid for it so they wouldn't take it back. We pre-ordered an ice cream cake for Father's Day and paid in advance. Not only was the cake ready at the specified time we requested, it was perfect. All the spelling was correct and the colors were right on. I said thanks and the fella behind the counter told me they were under new management and if I'm satisfied please let others know. People were friendly and even if they had limited English they would try to communicate with us and help us. It is a pretty crowded space so be aware of that. Hello, I'd like to share feedback on two different Baskin-Robbins locations I recently visited. First, I went to the La Habra location to redeem my free birthday scoop. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The store was dirty, and the man working there (who I believe is the owner) was on his phone the entire time and didn't even greet us. He was rude and unhelpful. When I tried to use my birthday QR code, it didn't work, but he scanned it anyway without giving me the ice cream. The code then disappeared after I left -- and I walked out empty-handed on my birthday. I will not be returning to this location. In contrast, I also visited the La Mirada location, and the experience was completely different. The owner there was incredibly humble, kind, and welcoming. He clearly has high standards for customer service. The store was super clean, smelled great, and made me feel appreciated as a customer. I would gladly return to this location again and recommend it to others. I hope this feedback is helpful, and I appreciate your time. read more

I been to this store last summer around these days , bad service, not clean , not friendly either , but recently I noticed this store is under new management, I am impressed, I mean they change it lot , FIRST new ice cream freezer & they r kind lower then old unit now I don't have to lift my kid , they can see what kind ice cream they have that's a huge plus point , SECOND they got new cake freezer,THIRD they add coke fridge, FOURTH a good one they had brand new furniture , before it was dirty old furniture, now there is whole lot sitting in there , and also awesome service, I was there on Monday, I believe the guy who help us out he was a manager , very nice guy , he even come to our table and ask us how is everything, if we need water or any thing else , I mean these guys take there customer service to whole new level , I love it , Me my wife and my kids wanna come here again. read more

I was here last week , they have this nice old lady working as a cake decorator Ranju ,she is awasome cake decorator. I believe she is owner of the place. She made my daughter so happy on her birthday. Can't wait for my hubby birthday cake getting from here . I love u guys . U guys made every single birthday spl with spl cakes . Everyone ask from where we buy the cake we tell everyone at our party to go to this location & u never will be disappointed. These guys are way cheaper than any Baskinrobbins out In this area . They never charge extra if u decided to get any ice cream flavor on cake. Other place have lot unreasonable charges. Best part abt them they will go beyond from ur expectations. Love going to BaskinRobbins , but I stoped coz of that stupid girl with bad attitude, screw my order ( mint chip shake ) every time I go . But I went back again since I find out that store is under new management (and that blonde girl don't work there anymore ) . I had large mint chip shake yummy & I wasn't charge extra for whip cream ( coz they used to charge extra ). And they have my favorite mint chip roll cake also (bought one ) it was delicious mmmm. Alright today I been to this BaskinRobbins where I used to go every time for ice cream or ice cream cake . In Last few years this place run by different management & every time new management came in it get worse and worse , employees were rude , store was dirty loud noises from old equipment, always have to wait for 20 or 30 minutes to get ice cream or anything from there . Now again this store is under new management, but store look pretty clean , employees r friendly, new equipment,& don't have to wait more than 5 minutes for my turn , pretty good . We visit this store about once a week and staff is always so kind. My daughter wanted her 5th Birthday cake here and wanted it Unicorn. The manager and staff both gave me time to show them what I wanted and even had me meet with the designer to get all the details needed to make my cake special. I couldn't be happier with their service and the cake I ordered. A plus, they only charged me a bit more for the extra design and the cake was already a good price. The owner or manager of this franchise refused to allow me to enter the business because I have a little dog. But it wasn't so much about the dog that really disturbed me. It was everything he said to me. I can't believe that this is what Customer Service has become. Especially in such a quiet little suburb as La Mirada. Going out for an ice cream cone on a hot day with your family and dog has never been a problem in all the years I have lived here. I definitely will never be Customer there ever again. read more
