One of the FLAVORS OF THE MONTH is German Chocolate Cake. There are a few but I went with this one. It is Swiss style chocolate ice cream with some coconut, pieces of walnut, pieces of fudge brownie and caramel swirl. This place is totally unprofessional. I ordered a cake online for my son's birthday. When I went in to pick it up the employee said she didn't know what I was talking about and I must have ordered from the wrong store. Showed her the email confirmation and she said it wasn't made. Another employee said to pick something out of the freezer. Nothing was close to what I had ordered and the only thing he wanted was $10 more than what I had already paid for. They charged me the extra $10 and said maybe I could have a free scoop. When my son asked for a sample they walked away. I emailed corporate who sent it to the owner. She was even so patient with the kids asking for their own ice cream in those long-rambly-kid ways. I know they used to offer samples - maybe they still do, but I was not about to hold up the line by asking. Dining room was cold (very refreshing from the hot day) and tables were clean. I love the location and I love their customer service. They're kind and patient and since I'm so indecisive that really works well for me. I have been going to different Baskin Robins since I was a young child and they've always been consistently good. Every location that I've been to always has great employees and of course GREAT ice cream... Oh and I really like their strawberry banana smoothie! I like that this location is connected to Fred Myers, because I can shop, pickup a smoothie and go home OR pickup a smoothie then shop either way I win!! Went in mid-afternoon on a Monday on a chilly November day and was surprised at how busy it was. A couple people were in line in front of me by the time I picked out a last-minute bday cake from the case (went with a Polar Pizza for around $20 since the cakes that serve 4 people and up are minimum $31). There was only one worker - she was working hard but stayed smiling and friendly to everyone throughout my visit. The ice cream was delicious as always but the employee that was working was a little bit questionable she wasn't wearing any kind of gloves and was scooping ice cream and then touching money and wasn't washing her hands in between. We also asked her for clean spoons because we didn't want to take out of the bowl that everyone was touching she then went and got us spoons but through them on the dirty counter ‍ so we politely asked for a new set and she replied OH you don't want ones that touched the counter and I replied no not really and so she went and got us new ones. She asked him what kind of cake he wanted and he told her chocolate cake and mint choc chip ice cream. We picked up the cake today and cut into it and it was all ice cream- no cake. We called and said there's a mistake and they said that the girl was new and didn't know it was an all ice cream cake! Then my husband drove all the way back over and the girl was there and said that it stated that on the cake order. He showed her that it did not. They called the owner and all they could do is $5 off another cake! It was their mistake. The new cake was $28.99. Very poor customer service. Never going here again. read more

I went there the other day and the Chinese lady told me that a pint of ice cream costs $6.59 cents. So I asked her to at least fill it up to the brim. What she did is fill it up 3/4 only. She said she could only do 3 scoops!! SO, I went to another Baskin Robbins store in Fred Meyer Walker Road, run by a different seller, and this NICE Pacific islander sold me a QUART (not pint) of ice cream for $6.59. The kids behind the counter are always friendly and well spoken. Lots of regular faves to choose from. Not to mention the regular baskin fare, ready made frozen treats, cakes ect. Prices are about what you expect from a normal 31 flavors. It's always clean, usually plenty of places to sit if you like. We enjoy the place because it's close and we haven't had a bad experience here yet. Our kids enjoy everything here. Wife loves banana royals. Came in here for $1.50 scoop night. The entire staff consists of teens with poor training and no idea whaat being professional is. No management available to help guide these kids. During my family's visit here, we had the staff help other people who were clearly behind us in line, waited for 15-20 mins to finally get helped. The guy had so much attitude, like if he didn't want to help us but he just had to. Any time I asked for anything he would answer with a nasty attitude. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me, had no name tag on. Will not be coming back and will be filing a complaint with HQ. When I was in there the other day, there was a young kid (around 4 or 5) that appeared to be the son of one of the workers. He would push chairs away from customers and scream "Mine!", then after having his hand on various chairs he went behind the counter and put his hand in the sprinkles and gummie bears for a little snack. The worker didn't stop him from putting his hands in the items, nor correct his rude behavior.
