We had just finished dinner in Glenside and were walking back to our car when we noticed a little…read moreice cream store. Dreams. We both LOVE ice cream, so we stopped in. The first thing I noticed was the disarray and lack of cleanliness in the store - frankly, it's a mess....which made me think twice about getting ice cream there. Nonetheless, I got a scoop of coffee. It was very tasty - I pretty much eat Haagen Dazs exclusively for both its taste and price. I can usually get a pint at Walmart for between $3-$4. This coffee ice cream had a little different coffee taste than Haagen - which I liked. However, it didn't seem as creamy, which was fine. My partner got the chocolate, which she said was average. One scoop was a little over $5, which is about average these days for your stand alone ice cream shops. While I was satisfied with the taste of my cone, I probably won't go back until they 'clean up' the store.

The prices are a little expensive Their street parking the store is very small so not too many people can be inside at one time. Overall I like this place and the fact that they haven't vegan option makes it even better so we will be using the plant based family members come into town and ice cream.

It's a Black-owned ice cream spot on Easton Road in Glenside. I didn't even realize it's been there…read morefor three years. It's on a metered street, but there's a small parking lot a couple doors down, which helps. The space is nice, and Leslie (one of the owners) was super friendly and engaging. I got a pralines and cream/vanilla sundae really good, but $12 caught me off guard. Next time I'd skip the hot topping since it melted the ice cream too fast. The milkshakes (mint chocolate chip and cookies & cream/cookie dough) were really good. They also have pretzels, pretzel pizza, cookies, and plan to add more items. They have outdoor seating and even pop out to block parties and events with popcorn machines, water ice and other items which is a nice touch. They also offer churro fries which I can't wait to try the next time. I believe they may have funnel cake fries, or something like that and ice cream sandwiches gelati. You can also get them on DoorDash and Uber eats although I don't know how you would get ice cream DoorDash and Uber eats, but I guess they haven't figured out. Overall, we enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Today the 4th of April I went back to try their water ice. I got the passion fruit mango. It cost me $7. I thought that was pretty high. I don't know what the going rate in the area is, but I will say this, I don't like Ritas anymore. Their water ice no soon as you get it, It melts. CJs water ice held up. It just melted just a little. It had great flavor. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I also ordered the funnel cake fries. They were so delicious and the cashier Brooklyn assisted me she was so polite and nice.

Ones that also sell ice cream? Leaving the liquor store across the street I believe I met the owner and he was supper nice! He guided me to his establishment that I didn't even know existed but now I'm glad that I do! They have sweets, soft pretzels and frosty treats. I loved that they had passion fruit water ice and a pizza pretzel. The place is super cute and the person who was ringing up was so friendly. Love this for Glenside and love this for I'm guessing CJ? Thanks for bringing this place to the area!

Most everyone got their waffle cone turned into a cup. I asked for my single scoop in a cup. My portion was significantly smaller than everyone else, I thought it was a child's cup. (See picture) When I asked about it they said the others got a larger cup so the cone would fit. Mmmmm..... not buying it. Ice cream was good though. I got double chocolate with peanut butter chunks.

I'm so disappointed in my recent experiences at Zsa's. The quality of their product has declined,…read morethe presentation of said product has declined, the customer service, and the efficiency of the staff have all changed for the worst. Tell me why if I'm the first in line to order I get my order last. They are preparing the orders out of order (which the previous owner/ employees didn't do), so I've noticed my ice cream is melt-y when I finally receive it. The wait time is noticeably longer and perhaps that's due to the large amount of teens working there. And that begs the question, "Are they qualified to work there, are they certified to work with food?" If not, then that makes me question how safe the ice cream is. The sizing of the scoops vary dramatically, it seems as though there isn't proper teaching or management. And the VERY obvious difference is the quality of the ice cream. Every product has changed and mostly for the worst. The ice cream is icy, some leave a film on your mouth, and some even taste rancid. I've tried to give the new owners a fair shake, I've tried multiple flavors even though I was always disappointed. My question is, "Where are the standards, where is the respect for your business?!" I miss the old owner and old employees. The old employees remembered my name and order and seemed genuine, that's real customer service!!! I fear I'll have to go to Bredenbeck's for my ice cream fix now. *I tried posting this on the Google page, but it wouldn't upload for some reason.....odd
