Late night tried to cure a bubble gum Ice Cream craving with my girlfriend. Showed up around 9:45pm as closing said 10pm. Everything was closed already with employees gone and no chance at ice cream , got my ass beat for wasting my girlfriends time. Thank you. One of the few Baskin Robins that are combined with a Dunkin Donuts. So that's a big plus. Do recommend going here over combined stores. read more

We have been visiting this location for over 20 years. At around 9:20 PM on a Thursday evening we stopped in for a waffle cone. The waffle cone was soggy and we waited patiently for the worker to serve another customer before explaining our issue. We were told that the cone was soggy due to being fresh and it being humid outside. My husband worked for Baskin-Robbins previously and had never had an experience with a soggy cone that was fresh, especially when it is not humid. The girl working there refused to fix it and give us a new one. We were really sad and we will never return to this location. read more

Buyer beware! The double scoops here are a full $2.50 more than the other location in Glendale Heights (the Baskin/Dunkin over on Army Trail and Bloomingdale Rd)! Also I'm not sure why the employee was so put out by me asking for a lid for my two-scoop cup. My biggest pet peeve is when employees act annoyed by a normal customer request. read more

Don't ever go to the Baskin Robbins on Brookdale Road in Naperville. Customer service sucks. I ordered ice cream through their app when I get to the store they say they don't even see my order nor do they have the tub of ice cream's that I ordered and refused to give me a refund because they said at the store they don't give refunds back. and then suggested I call the one 800 customer service number to wear when you call it says they are no longer taking phone calls and the manager suggestion was oh well just keep calling the customer service numbe. read more

Love this baskin Robbin's. We live closer to 4 other ones and this is the one we choose to go to even though it's 30 min away. The ice cream is always fresh. The service is always great. And the owner is very friendly. Highly recommend! This one over any of the other ones in that area! read more

Your shop looks clean, and the staff is really nice. However you have a terrible business model at this location. I asked for a sample and was happily given one. Loved the ice cream and picked it out of the pre packaged quarts. Placed it on the counter and asked if I could try a sample of one other ice cream before I got another quart. Girl behind the counter said, "I'm sorry, it's one sample per person." I was quite embarrassed and really just felt that you lost a lot of business. Not only did you lose an extra sale of a quart, but you also lost me ever visiting your location again. Your whole motto as a store is that the samples are part of the business model. Who ever is running these rules at your store needs to take a business class at corporate. Do better. Ladies behind the counter, you did your job, but your rules sound like a boomer is running your store. read more

Came in tonight to pick it up and they not only hadn't made it, but they claimed to not have the order. Today is my birthday and I really wanted to have ice cream from Baskin Robbins. My girlfriend and I had never been to this location before and were extremely impressed with how clean and well maintained the store was. The gentleman that helped us was really friendly and had no problem giving out samples to try. While chatting with him we got a pint of ice cream and 4 single scoops and found out he was the owner. My gf originally wanted to recreate a family tradition of mine with a chocolate chip ice cream cake that is a staple memory of my childhood. After she called several locations and no one knew what she was talking about, we noticed he had cut cartons of ice cream on the counter, similar to what she was looking for. The owner told us he DOES make them and said they were called Fudge Rolls. Simply pick whatever ice cream that you want and they will cover the entire ice cream cake with fudge and nuts if you want them. Since we already got the ice cream, he gave me a free scoop for my birthday along with the hot fudge and nuts. It was amazing with no freezer burn. Can't say enough great things about him and his generosity. We will definitely be back for the Fudge roll....definitely before my next birthday. read more

Went to get sugar free ice cream. Called on the phone first to make sure they offered sugar free ice cream, and if so, what flavors they had. Was told they had blueberry, raspberry, etc. Get there, oh sorry we don't have those flavors of ice cream. Those were sugar free squeeze in flavors for coffee?? I'm not sure where they got coffee from? Beyond brutal. Will not be returning. read more

This was the nicest person I have ever met in a Baskin Robbins! He was so friendly to me and my kids and I believe he was the owner. We bought an ice cream cake and it was amazing. I bought a premed cake and it was far better than I thought it would be with a nice design. read more

Disgusting. I really would have hoped for better, but after reading reviews of this place on Yelp, I'm not really surprised. This place is dirty - I mean it's like super filthy. It doesn't look like they've cleaned the place in years aside from a casual wipe down of the few tables in the place. They had dirty water buckets sitting on top of the icecream, the icecream itself was kind of gross - like it had melted and been re-frozen several times - you know where it gets that gummy yucky taste to it - the woman who waited on us seemed annoyed we dared to set foot in the place. There isn't even a restroom or anything. I was pretty grossed out by the whole experience. read more

I've been here a few times to get ice cream and once to order a cake. It's always the same 2 owners in the store every time I'm in there. When I ordered the cake I spelled out the name Phil for her, and gave my phone number. She read it back to me and wrote it down. However when I got the cake home I noticed it said Paul about two minutes before everyone arrived. So I had a Paul cake for Phils birthday and it was really embarrassing. I went into the store a couple weeks later to buy ice cream and told the guy what happened. He started cracking up and could barely get out that sometimes they can't read their own writing. I tried to explain that it was actually really embarrassing at the time and the birthday boy took it well but was obviously sad, but he just thought it was so funny. The more I talked about it the more he laughed. He didn't offer anything, not even the smallest apology. I really would have settled for a sorry. I'll never be back. read more
