The Owners/Representatives at Utah Lodging are either absolute frauds or totally incompetent. I…read morethought the write up on the other review was a bit harsh until we dealt with these arrogant jerks. Let me explain, on Nov 8, 2017 I booked a rental home in Eden Utah from this group through VRBO. I received a confirmation that stated, "Your booking is confirmed." Based on this confirmation and the acceptance by these people of my sizable payment, and a VRBO reservation number, we began booking airline tickets. Our married children and their families secured time off from their work and we all made arrangements for this trip. Immediately, we attempted to contact Hopson (owner) to confirm and ask questions. On the 11th, out of the blue without any explanation I received an email that said our payment was cancelled. We were out thousands of dollars in travel expenses. Eventually, we were told they wanted one more night. We tried to contact them to agree to the extra, very suspicious demand as we had no other options. They then decided that the property just was not available. Their justification was "We cancelled promptly." Yeah after 4 days. Escalating through VRBO yielded only a guy with a British accent that said we could have our lawyer call his lawyer. Hopson and his group of sleazy partners should be avoided at all costs. This is the very short version of a very ugly experience. Utah Lodging is VERY bad news.

The operator of this website/company is a real estate broker by the alias of Leigh Ann F. This…read morebroker uses FlipKey.com and VRBO.com to advertise approximately 58 properties for rent, all in the ogden valley cities of Huntsville and Eden. This broker consistently lies about the rental rates of her properties, advertises a fair rate, and 99% of the time when you contact her, she will tell you the property is not available, "but these are" and sends you the links to properties on her personal website, www.utahlodging.com. I contacted almost 15 properties on VRBO and Flipkey, that were stated as available at an unbelievable rate, only to find out almost 13 of the properties were managed by her and they were not available. Surprise, surprise. Leigh Ann is a fraud, she does not have those properties available, and the ones she does are NOT at the rate she's advertising. I am also going to report her to the Utah Board of Real Estate. Heads up to Eden and Huntsville property owners: Any property managed by Leigh Ann F, or Utah Lodging, we will not stay at and will definitely spread the word, even if that means giving up on visiting Powder Mountain and Eden all together. Theres always better choices at Park City, absolutely no need to deal with this B.S.

This review is for the Wolf Creek resort. Not, Wolf Mountain (the ski resort)…read more The Wolf Creek resort is a growing community in Eden, UT. It's comprised of condos, town homes, & single family residences. I'd say that 90% of the living spaces at Wolf Creek are short-term rentals. It's an enjoyable place to vacation. And it's a far-more cost effective option, than staying in Park City, UT. I've stayed in the townhouses at Moose Hollow, and in an 8 bedroom house at Trapper's ridge. All of the grounds in Wolf Creek are immaculately kept. And the views of Ogden Valley are breathtaking! Each little community has its own pool. And the Wolf Creek golf course is well-cared for. The homes, themselves, are owned by individuals. You can get information about rentals through VRBO, or property management websites. I've had different experiences, at different houses; depending on the owner/property management company. Wolf Creek resort is conveniently located near the only grocery store in the entire area. And it's close to Pineview Reservoir. Believe me, this is the place to vacation!

I have had my second experience snowboarding there for $45 and it has been as awesome as the first…read moreone!! It is perfect for beginners and families. Weekdays from 1pm to 5pm is great because it is all for you. =) First time I went there, it is true that the snow became ice around 2pm at the very beginners area, but not at the top. People is more friendly and helpful than in Park City or Brighton, and I mean skiers, not the staff. It's about 45 minutes from SLC and the views in the way are awesome. All the instructors that I have seen there, teach groups of four people max in preiods of 3-4 hours, so they really care about your learning, not like in other places that they teach around 10 at once and just for two hours. I really recomend the place when the weather is nice. May be I'm not an expert, but I can say by my experience and after 4 try in other resorts, this is the one were I felt like I could really learn and enjoy at the same time, and I did it!!
