Food good. Service good. Need to stop people smoking on the outside patio. Blows right over everyone downwind. Gross

The best part of this timeshare, was the lady at the front desk. She is the front desk manager, and…read moreshe cares about her customers. She goes above and beyond her duty and she is very understanding and fulfilled our request or troubles. We traveled a lot on vacation for many years. She is the best customer service That we ever had through our travels. Actually, everyone is very nice up here. The office staff treat you like family. I read all the comments on here for Powder Ridge. They are mostly accurate. Scenery is very pretty. This timeshare is very spacious. The condo are somewhat nice. They updated to new TVs and upgrade their Internet. Internet is great now, but they now charge for a resort fee now. I have Verizon phone, and I had great service here. This timeshare really needs some TLC big time. The owner needs to put money back into this place and give the timeshare some loving. This condo has many flaws and needs to be fixed. If you are traveling In summer time, please beware that they have NO air conditioning in the units. It is so hot in room. The staff was nice and was accommodating and gave us an extra fan. Could not sleep good at night, sun doesn't go down till 10 pm and it doesn't get cooler until the sun goes down. We had all the windows open at all times with fans on and the room was over 80 degrees. They only have one ceiling fan in third bedroom that does not help the rest of the condo. The back screen door does not have a Lock, anybody can just walk in from the back stairs. Happen to us twice. The mountain is horrible. You have to climb up 9,000 feet in a short distance. We stayed up here most of the week to avoid going up and down the very steep mountain. Housekeeping is not great. Dust was visible in several areas and one toilet was not even clean. We did an towel / sheet exchange on Tuesday. We did not get all our sheets and towels back. We only got one clean towel back when we turned in 3 towels, wash cloths and hand towels. Overall, if the Owners give this place some TLC & fix several things including adding air conditioners, the place would be a decent place to go for a summer getaway to escape from the real world. Otherwise, don't waste your time especially in the summer. No air conditioner at 9,000 feet evaluation in JULY at 90 degrees is not acceptable. The Place needs to stay a winter destination only and close for summer.

I won't write a diatribe, but this place is awful:…read more - no record of our reservation, despite us having a confirmation number - would not accept email communication--fax only - suspected us of trying to scam them for our stay because they couldn't find a record of our booking - had a room available, but would not give it to us because they were "saving it for an emergency" - finally gave us keys to a room, but that room was occupied (clothing, computers, food all over--how would you like for your hotel to give my family of six the keys to your room?!) - would not give us a different room because they could not get it cleaned in time for the next guest, who would check in TWO days after we checked out On top of this, the service was beyond rude and was unwilling to work with both us and Boooking.com to accommodate our reservation. At the late time of day, our only alternative accommodation options were in Ogden, some 40-45 minutes away. I'd recommend avoiding this place.
