I've been here 3 times now in the past 6 years, and we love coming back! I've been here during the fall, summer and winter and have enjoyed all the experiences! With COVID-19, they have more restrictions such as reserving the hot tub and the reservations are only 30 minutes. It wasn't bad though; we had the hot tub to ourselves which is nice! They had all the necessities in the condo and I really loved their PILLOWS on the King size bed! They were amazing and the bed felt great too! Can't wait to come back! read more

Beautiful location, easy to get to Ogden. Great resort for families. Huge pool with slide, 2 racquetball courts, plenty of outdoor games and activities. Friendly and helpful staff. Typical timeshare unit, clean and well stocked. Stayed there for a week at the end of June 2024. Grandkids enjoyed seeing the family of deer that stay on site. The grocery store a short drive from the resort has pretty much everything you need. The pizza place has fantastic pizza but take out only. read more

Such a relaxing weekend trip!! This is my second trip here!! They have beautiful rooms. They are big and comfortable. There are rooms on the main floor with the kitchen, living room, laundry and bathroom, then a big room upstairs with its own bathroom. The beds are so comfortable, perfect for us moms to get extra rest on vacation! The kitchen had lots of space and many utensils provided. The patio looked out right to the gold course. There is a BBQ on the patio. The hot tub felt amazing even in the snow! They had heated mats and towels ready for us. We called for extra things and they brought them right to us. Very friendly thoughtful service! I can't wait to go again!! read more

I don't know why this place only has 3.8/5 stars. It should be at least 4.5, we were given a whole sweet at standard price and had every luxury/accomodation in unit we could ask. We had our own fireplace for crying out loud!! Definitely come here! read more

We've enjoyed staying here at least once a year for many years. It's been a few years since we've stayed here and we were looking for a quick get away to relax from the craziness of 2020. We had a 2 bedroom plus unit which makes it nice to have privacy between the upstairs and downstairs. Check-in comprises of calling a number on the sign by the office and they bring out your unit keys. Nothing in the unit was different than times past so as to any additional cleaning efforts in regard to covid-19 was not noticeable. We enjoyed barbecuing and relaxing on the patio most nights except the last due to the neighbors stinky bbq. I think they forgot it and it started burning filling our unit full of smoke. Our biggest complaint was that the master room bed was extremely uncomfortable and definitely beyond its lifecycle. It mad horrible noises just sitting on the bed so trying to sleep with any movement was difficult. The bed also was noticeably worn with deep holes in the bed surface on either side. The unit needs some updates...especially the mattresses and box springs. read more

This particular WorldMark is fairly tacky. The fireplace did not work, there are no blinds on the bedroom window facing out to the common sidewalk only a blackout curtain, certain channels on the TV we're not functioning and there was also no screen door on the door leading out to the patio and we were informed by the people at the front desk that this is "normal" We have been WorldMark owners for over 15 years and this is one of the poorest examples of one of their facilities. read more

Going from the town of Ogden to the resort here is a very beautiful drive! There is a waterfall and a lake on the way and some cliffs, where you can sometimes see cliff climbers (Something I would never ever ever ever do lol) the resort itself is a nice one, and we very much enjoyed staying here! read more

Friendly staff, great location if your looking to get away from it all. I didn't see any bigger rooms other than 2 bedroom....however, good size. Recreation room is a separate building, jacuzzi, heated pool, pool table, racquetball courts, gym although a few machines needing fixing----sauna.....nicely done although I didn't stay long enough to use all. Grills on the deck were very convenient! Had an issue with the disposal and they sent someone who fixed it promptly. read more

A nice time share property. We stayed here for 6 nights with friends. Ours was a 2 bedroom unit with 2 floors. Everyone was very comfortable. There was a nice little kitchen for cooking. A grill for barbecuing was on the deck. We also enjoyed some of the other amenities that the time share provided. We were able to enjoy the outdoor pool and the gym. The gym also had racquetball courts! In addition, we played tennis and basketball during our stay. The staff was terrific and helpful. The only complaint that I had was that the plumbing had some issues in our unit. The staff was quick to come over when we called about it, but the problem was not fully solved. Still, I give Worldmark at Wolf Creek 4 stars. I would not hesitate to use our time share here again. It's located in a beautiful part of northern Utah. read more

We have been here before and just came down to stay because we didn't want to pay for a weeks worth of hotel because of doctor visits. Went ahead and opted to agree to attend the owner update the following Saturday at 8:15. On Saturday morning as I was getting ready and shaving I got two phone calls which I confirmed was them calling. The reason I know it was them is because when I was getting to leave for the update a lady pulled up in a vehicle and started to walk towards my unit. I asked her if she was looking for me and she said yeah are you so and so and I said yes I'll be right up to the owner update right that's what you're here for I'm guessing? I find it highly rude and offensive that they would go so far as to come to your unit and personally knock on your door to make sure you were there to attend. It was 8:05 AM at the time that this occurred so I had plenty of time to get from my unit to the main office which was less than a minute drive. I thought that I would give them a second chance by attending one of these or updates but this just confirms to me that all they want is to sell you something. read more

So the rooms are decent but the staff makes you want to go stay in a roach infested motel. The secret is to buy into their scam. If you do that then they treat you really nice. If not hen everyone will treat you very, very poorly. Oh and don't fall for the free breakfast. It's a sales gimmick. All they have is horribly made coffee and cold hard bread products. They will keep telling you it's continental, but it's not. And they keep saying it like it if the say it enough it will make it true. Guess what it doesn't. Oh they will put a show in for your kids but... As soon as they know you are not going to buy they kick you out of the office. Predatory sales tactics are used. And if you arnt budging they will bring out the "manager" to play hard ball. Poorly run and you are nothing but someone to sell products to. They get one star because the place to stay is decent. I would give more stars if the staff didn't ruin every minute and the sales people hounding me until they realize I am not buying their scam. Then they go out of their way to make your stay suck. Stayed here spring break 2016. It's a nice condo style unit with a single bedroom, single bath, fireplace, outdoor bbq grill and fully stocked kitchen. It was surprisingly quiet for a spring break. The furniture is in good shape but I would have loved it more if there had been a recliner in the living room. We visited quite a few of the local restaurants and we did some snowboarding & snowmobiling. It was amazing! I recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax away from life in the big city. Bring your own booze if you like to drink because I couldn't find a bar that stayed open past 9 pm. read more

This resort is definitely not family friendly, for that matter their just not friendly at all. We stayed 4 nights for a family reunion. They accidentally canceled my brother's reservation and put him in a condo across the street. This would have been all right except because of their strict rules he and his family couldn't eat in our condo with everyone and we couldn't use any of the recreation facilities together. The rules to use the recreational facilities are a joke. Kids have to have an adult with them to borrow a ball to play volleyball or play with the tether ball or play horseshoes. I understand the need for adult supervision in the pool and inside the rec room but it seems a little excessive that children can't play anywhere on site. Please note my kids are age 16, 14, and 10 so it's not like a sent little kids to play volleyball. When I asked for extra shampoo (they gave us one bottle for a four-night stay) the lady sounded like it was a huge imposition and brought half of what I asked for. That about sums up the facility and staff rude. One positive is that due to the resorts mistake in booking my brother was in a great room across the street. We stayed here in May for the Ogden Half Marathon. I was very impressed with the property. The suite was very clean, the kitchen had the basic needs, the linens were clean and fresh. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly and didn't pressure us to sign up for a timeshare meeting. (They did ask, it is how they make their money!) The property was dated with cheap furniture, appliances, etc, but otherwise seemed ok. Once we were going to sleep, the heating system boiler, located in the middle of the condo, and forced hot air came on every 10-15 minutes & was incredibly loud. The duct system would incessantly "knock" from in the wall next to the bed. Was like our room was next to a subway station. We spoke to the Front Desk who said they'd have Maintenance look at it. When we returned, we were told the system was fine & we should get some ear-plugs (I am not kidding!) They had an incredibly uncaring position. We asked for a new room and were told there were no available rooms. Worldmark Wolf Creek GM Alan Elliott told us it was normal for heating systems to come on every 10 minutes, we just weren't used to having a boiler close to our room, they could not move us, reimburse us or offer a solution. Somehow I stayed calm, mentioned I was aware of how heating systems work & was extremely unhappy. Alan got a bit aggressive & told me I was out of luck. He said he would get their HVAC people to take a look. Never once did anyone in the office apologize to us for any problems. An hour later Alan called to say he couldn't get anyone to look at the system, he was sorry for how he acted, his treatment of me was very poor & he would contact Wyndham & try to get a reimbursement. A week later I spoke to Alan & he said he wasn't able to do anything for us. This was the worst I've EVER been treated by any lodging management. read more
