    We arrived 3 hours ago. Clearly this house is NOT ready for occupancy! Unsafe! Filthy disgusting…read morethroughout! Toilets do NOT work. I called and left a message for 24/7 maintenance. I had to leave a message. I must admit I got a call back pretty quick. But since this Saturday, no one can help us u til one day next week - maybe. I've posted a list of my complaints I've also included lots of photos. Maintenance issues right away: Back porch is totally unsafe, unusable. Says back-and-forth. Down stairs toilet flushing is busted. Upstairs toilets & bathroom - it's so disgustingly unusable that I cannot put into words but I'm sending you pics. Cleaning (so-called): Gooey sticky stuff covering inside of most cupboards and drawers. Sticky stuff thought kitchen counters. Hardwood floors covered in layers of direct, and white something's shows footprints from basement into living room and kitchen. Grease in ALL cupboards and drawers is think and sticky. Keeping each opening stuck shut. Sticky globs of something bast in shelves of fridge. White colored Door to basement covered in grease. Stovetop covered in various levels of grease. But hey it looks like the oven door was cleaned. Sliding glass door not cleaned it looks like for years Glide groove at bottom of glass door full of dirt. Blinds throughout the house are covered in some kind of grease or nasty smoke easily cleaned with soap and water. But why should we do that BEFORE we bring in our household goods? That's to say nothing of the yard overgrowth and 2foot tall weeds? I need to know who signed-off that this place is renter ready? I plan to contact the homeowner to let them know what's going on out here. But shame shame shame on anyone rskibg our deposit and telling us this house is ready to rent. I will advise everyone I work with and all our family and friends to stay far away from Real Property Management!

If you have any major issues like consistent water damage, they don't care. I can't even begin to think how long it would take this company to do anything about a non-emergency issue. I have lived with several holes in my ceiling dripping water every time it rains going on 3 MONTHS now. I have had zero communication from this company and that is all I have asked them to give me. They don't listen and will hang up on you and never fix the issue. They cannot handle conflict. The only thing I have asked this company to do is inform me with a minimum 24-hour notice (UTAH LAW) for any repairs. I have not received that once! I have had to call out of work several times now for a different repair company to come out, within an hour or less notice, to fix nothing! They are leaving it up to me to communicate with repair people and I have explicitly asked I wanted them to. They basically said too bad and figure it out yourself. I already know that from reading other reviews they are going to try keeping most of my deposit when I leave in the future. But when I'm done I will leave the unit better than I got it, and I will have proof. So they better think twice about keeping one penny of my deposit!!! From, YOUR EXTREMELY UPSET RENTER!

They do charge you a little bit cheaper than other companies but it is not worth it. They don't do the work they supposed to do. I moved out of state so I had this company for about 6 months to manage my property and hardly ever I could get a hold of them. The guy whom I met to sign the contract with named Daniel Miles and he is a liar. They lie to you about every thing and charge you for things that they did not do. They didn't even do the move in inventory check list with the tenant to have the original condition of the house written down but they lied to me they did. Of course they did not take interior pictures to have them as the prove but they told me they did. When I terminated the contract with them, I asked for this document, they said they were sorry and they couldn't find it. Daniel Miles said he gave the move in inventory check list to the tenant and the tenant didn't turn it in to them so I can chase after the tenant and ask them to pay for any thing they broke-This is not how you do business. When I asked for the pictures they just ignored me. They charged me money to throw some trash (Boxes) in the garage for me but the trash still there and when I asked them about that they ignored me. I asked for the blank form of the inventory checked list to see what in there so I know what I can do to "chase after my tenant" and Daniel Miles promised to send it to me but he never did. I waited for 3 months and still have not received it. I called him and also texted him (I even texted his worker named Loraine) but they both ignored me. When the contract was terminated, they had to move the security deposit to me, they took $200 from it and said that was the fee for them to do the work for advertising the property. What the heck, all the fee should be included in the 6% they got from the rent every month. This was not stated in the contract but they just took the money. They told me there was no hidden fee but clearly there was. This company is a scam. My tenant disliked them because when any thing broke down they needed to let them know or simply to ask them questions, they never could get a hold of them. It was my bad decision to go with this company and I hope you learn from my experience.
