Deone and her team at Lady Bug are fantastic!…read more They have managed my rental property for eight years now. Through good times and bad, Lady Bug has been a great property manager. I am not local to the area anymore, so a good property manager is a must. The rental business is not easy, but Lady Bug has the professionalism and expertise to make the most of it. They have been there at 2am to take care of busted pipes, helped me remodel my property, and managed difficult tenants to make sure payments were made and the house was cared for. My manager, Leigh, responds quickly and takes the time to follow up. Jody, who handles maintenance and renovations, does excellent work at a fair price. I only have one modest rental, but Deone meets with me personally when I come into town. She also doesn't hesitate to help when I have a unique need due to my distance. I definitely recommend Lady Bug to anyone in the market for a property manager.

She was super attentive and quick at assisting myself as well as Ryan with paperwork. We were able to do everything over internet except signing the closing papers. WHILE I CAN'T SPEAK TO ANOTHER CLIENT'S TRANSACTION, I DO THINK IT'S IMPORTANT TO SEPARATE THE OUTCOME OF A TRANSACTION FROM THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE PROVIDED. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or uncomfortable asking for further explanation. He communicated clearly, remained professional, and made what can already be a stressful and complicated process feel far more manageable. Based on my own experience, I found Mark to be knowledgeable, approachable, patient and genuinely easy to work with. I would confidently recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Mark had been a trusted friend of mine for over 20 years and had successfully handled the sale of…read morefour homes for me, earning over $100,000 in commissions throughout our working relationship. During our most recent transaction in Ogden, Utah I experienced what I believe to be a lack of transparency regarding the contract terms. When concerns were raised, I was told, "it is not my fault you did not read the contract," rather than receiving any effort to clarify or resolve the situation. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given the long-standing relationship and trust that had been established. The situation escalated further when both Mark and his broker Shawn Jenke became involved. As a result of the issues surrounding the contract and how the transaction was handled, I ultimately had to pay an additional $3,000 to the buyer of the home in order to resolve the matter. Due to this experience, I can no longer recommend Mark to friends or family. I believe it is important for others to be aware of my experience when considering working with him. At this time, both Mark and his broker are affiliated with Keller Williams.

They definitely helped make this feel like home. The staff was one of the reasons we moved in. Compared to other places we checked out, the staff was very genuine. The maintenance was amazing and quick. Great location. Made grocery shopping nice! A little out dated but still nice. The walls are also thin so you can hear everything so if you're sensitive to noise wear ear plugs! Haha The only reason we have ended our lease was because rent went up and we felt like we could find something similar or a little more expensive but bigger. It's great for a beginning family. Again, we loved it here! I didn't give it a 5 star strictly based off of our neighbors who were loud and constantly smoked. (it would rise into our apartment) Our neighbors would also have guests who would park in our assigned spot, which wasn't too bad if there was an open space by the front office. And lastly, because we haven't officially moved out and i'm not sure how the move-out process will go. Hoping we don't get charged for stuff that was already there. Highly recommend!

I could go into exhaustive detail, but there's no need. I'll just let my recent letter to the folks…read moreat Autumn Hills Apartments speak for itself. To whom it may concern: Enclosed is the second half of the yearly rent for [tenant's name redacted] residing at [address redacted]. With this check, our obligations to you for the school year should be paid in full, and there should be no need for you to charge us any extra fees or payments. On a personal note, I must say it's been fascinating to get a glimpse into the way you run your business. Between charging $25 each month in late fees without even bothering to send an email reminder that rent is due, not bothering to perform even the most cursory maintenance on rooms before new tenants move in, and making it a policy never to refund the full amount of the cleaning deposit no matter how thoroughly tenants (and their parents) clean the apartments, you folks must really be making bank. If someone were to ask you whether you were, say, honest in your dealings with your fellow men, the truthful response would be, "Well, no, but it's a lot more lucrative the way we do it." I'm not sure how you sleep at night, but maybe all that extra money paid for a comfortable bed. Very sincerely, Soozcat

I have had a great experience at Autumn Hills Apartments. We just relocated out of state, but the…read moretwo years I stayed at Autumn hills has been great. The rent is cheaper than the other apartments near by, the square footage is larger, there is not a lot of turn over in management/employees which is nice. The property manager is really nice, my work hours often conflict with there hours and she even calls to ask about bring up my packages. I kept changing my move out date and time many times and she never seemed annoyed or anything. She was previously married to military & understands the struggles that come with that (which is amazing). The maintenance guy is really nice, same day or next day for any work order I've put in. He calls first and follows up. Additionally I've been locked out twice (one was an EARLY Saturday morning before work) and each time he did not complain and was there in less than 10 mins saying it was not a problem. The apartments were clean and in new condition. Anytime they were going to be in your apartment they let you know. My move out was smooth and the manager provided a GREAT move out checklist with transferring electric & gas info - plus what needed to be accomplished for the move out. In the lease it is very clear and up front and states a small amount of your deposit will be nonrefundable. Super clear this is for patching holes, painting, carpet cleaning, advertising, etc I would imagine.... this is more than fair in my opinion and the fact that it is literally in the contract helps maintain transparency with residents. The rest of my deposit was refunded & that was awesome! I almost didn't check this place out because of poor reviews, but I stopped and talked to 3 different residents at the time who didn't have complaints & so glad I did. My mom said people usually leave reviews when they are mad, not the 50 other people who were happy... & she was right as always.
