The common areas are not clean the gym equipment has not been wiped down for probably a year or years and when I first moved in I parked in a spot where I thought it was okay parking but then my car got towed and I found out that the lines on the cement that were painted gray just like the cement color was no parking Zone and you know it would be pretty normal to paint the lines yellow or red not gray the same color as the cement they probably get every new tenant a ticket and towed just for that reason cuz at night time you can't even see the painted lines and that wasn't the only time I got towed the second time I got towed we got new stickers for the year I went in bought my new stickers but the new garage door opening sticker and about 2 or 3 weeks later my car got towed and I made sure to go into the office two times and ask them if I had the correct sticker because I got an email I got to text from them saying come in and make sure you have the correct sticker so I did that and bought the new sticker then I got a letter in the mail saying come in and make sure you got the right sticker so I went in again and the manager said okay we'll go take a picture of it and bring it in so I did that took it in and showed it to her she said yes that's the new sticker that's the correct one so you're good and two weeks later my car gets towed and you know I just gotten this car two weeks well it was about a month old a thousand miles on it and that's not the kind of car that you want to get towed there's a lot they can screw up on a new car so I have no idea what they might have screwed up at this point and the office manager claims that she never had that conversation with me and I know she did so that's a flat out lie and I claimed to her that I wanted to see the video of that day that I brought the sticker in and she won't show me the video she said she wasn't there that day and flat out lied because I know it was her and I have not had any good experiences here the hallways are always dirty every time I have a problem the manager acts like I'm just asking for the world or something and she acts like she's God's gift to mankind so if I were you I would run from this place as quick as you can because there's other places charging this that have new amenities and much more friendly better management the management here sucks I was locked out of my apartment one time and it was like 9:30 10:00 and I called the management or the maintenance actually I saw the security for the apartments and so he called the maintenance guy for the apartments that's that lives here and isn't that pretty much why they live here is so they can help people get into their apartments and things like that when accidents happen and he made it the biggest deal pretty little to Security Office yelled profanities in front of us in front of the security officer told us that if he ever knocked on his f****** door again that there would be a problem and we should just call a locksmith and went on for probably close to an hour when Ali would have to do is get the key let us into our apartment and it would have taken about 10 minutes but he threw it out into this ordeal that didn't have to happen and you don't belittle the security office in front of people he handled it so bad that I couldn't even believe it and I think the security officer quit after that so the maintenance here is crap the management here is crap I would not move here I would run there's much better places with much better management I've lived all over this Valley and I would stay far away from the Avia Apartments if I were you cuz it's been nothing but a joke read more

The team at Logic has been a godsend. I have struggled with different property managers throughout the years. Six months ago I transferred my portfolio to Logic. Since then units are getting leased quicker, profitability has gone up, management headaches have basically gone away and tenants seem happier. Just an overall bad experience, me and my wife were looking at a place to rent that this company manages so I got with the property manager, I wont mention the name, and scheduled a tour. We went and toured the place, liked it and were told we could apply online for it. So we returned home and then went to apply online and it was not there. So I texted and called the property manager and did not receive a response for several hours. Then hours later, I receive a text saying the property has actually been rented out already as of two days before we even looked at it. Then she lied and said she wasn't notified that it has been rented out. How does a property manager not know when their property has been rented out?? So I was very confused and expressed my concern that she would still show us a property knowing that it has been rented out and didn't mention that it was not even available and that was not professional. Then she said that that was my opinion and wished me luck and then never responded to any follow-up questions. So it just left a very bad taste in my mouth and lots of confusion. I understand sometimes there are mistakes and confusion but lying about a mistake and putting the fault on us and then never texting or calling back seemed very immature. Glad it didn't work out and now I know that I avoided having to deal with a company that treats people like that. read more

Logic has been great to work with. I have been doing my own property management for the last 12 years, but it was taking up too much of my time. This property management company took over the last few months of my lease. They stepped up where the previous managers had been failing miserably. They got in there and immediately began to fix things that had long been broken, cleaned up the community areas, which hadn't been done the entire time I had lived there under the previous company, and worked with each of the tenants to resolve maintenance issues that had previously been overlooked. I worked directly with Jameson. He was a tremendous help and was more than willing to work with me to get everything straightened out. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family! When i went shopping for a property manager to help managed my newly owned property I was not pleased with the bigger management company. They didn't pick my call and did not care to call me back. If the bigger company did call me back they could not sale me to use their company. Reasons because they charge way to high. I came across Logic Property Management. At first no one picked up my call and I was now too tired to leave a message. After 5mins, someone call me back on the same number that I just called. Yes it was Logic Property Management. He impressed with some of his ideas for a landlord who was looking maximize my income and assets. I am still impressed their services after 3months of using them. Based on our experience, Logic Property Management is mostly focused on their property owners. They aren't as focused on the tenant experience. It was complete chaos, and only got the one star for refunding all our money back, because that was basically the only positive part of the experience. I'm not usually one to write reviews but they simply screwed up on way too many levels in this experience. Me and two other tenants applied for a property through Logic PM. Other than hoping we applied fast enough, we weren't worried at all. We had a large amount of savings, completely clean criminal background, nothing bad on our credit, a monthly income of triple the rent amount. Shortly after Jameson notified they processed our applications but said all three credit reports came back as N/A. We told them something must be wrong cause we know for a fact at least one of us has a long-standing credit history and a 781 FICO score. As Mountain America Credit Union has provided us with the FICO score and he has had a credit line through RC Willey for years. Jameson brushed our concern off and told us we are still in-line to be accepted if we get a co-signer, and we instead came to an agreement with him to pay the entire lease and security deposit up front. They also had my bank statements to show I had the money. Jameson told us that was fine and everything should be good to go, and he was supposed to send us the lease to sign. The next day, instead of sending us the lease, we get an email from Jameson telling us they instead rented the property to someone else with better credit, but if we want we can rent another unit from the owner for a higher price. I replied to him in disgust for the lack of integrity for renting out the property he already approved us for. I told him we deserve a full refund at the very least with that kind of service. He followed up by telling us he initiated a refund, and I spoke with him on the phone. Jameson admitted that he jumped to conclusions and made assumptions, but the owner was concerned about the credit issue. I told him again that their credit check done by AppFolio was incorrect. I have already been a customer under another property management company that uses AppFolio for their tenant payment system. For one, I have checked my credit and been confirmed by another property manager that AppFolio doesn't report to credit bureaus themselves. Secondly, Jameson told me that AppFolio only checks one credit bureau. All in all, they apparently use your $30 per person app fee to do a very shallow credit check, and quickly dropped us for someone else regardless of our agreement. What I think they should have done differently is first off listened to our concerns as well as the property owners. They didn't seem to put much effort in considering us, or much effort into making the owner aware of the documentation we provided. They don't put much effort in the credit check, which caused concern for both us and the property owner. They could have gotten further information regarding our credit, and they didn't even give us a chance to get a cosigner before dropping us. And if the owner was still concerned they should have used our references. They never even called the reference I provided, which was not only my employer, but the owner of the company in business for sixty years. In the end, he didn't have a real reason to decline us, they just rented it right out from underneath us after telling us we were already approved. In the time frame this all happened they had to of been processing and accepting multiple groups at the same time unless they allowed others to cut in front of pending and accepted applicants without going through the application process like we did. Even after the fact, he didn't acknowledge his lack of consideration, only that he made assumptions on how he thought the owner felt and admitting that they only check one credit bureau. And hopefully Jameson learns not to throw his customers under the bus, like he did to us. read more
