But don't worry about that, if you've never been, the size of the place is incredible!! And the food, I just can't say enough about it!! They serve up just about anything and everything you can only dream about!! How about Prime Rib, melts in your mouth, shrimp cocktail, how about breakfast items, anything that you can only dream up for breakfast, they have got it, when you're at the salads bar area several too choose from, and last item I will mention just has to talked about, the dessert bar area, it's huge!!! I mean if you love dessert, no matter how much you have had to eat, at all the buffet tables they have, you absolutely can't not get past that dessert table!! Now the place I've been raving about is second best to no one!! And it's not like any buffet I've ever been to, oh wait, I have been to a lodge in a place called Park City that's very similar but I think it's just not as nice as Snowbasin Resort, located at 3925 East Snowbasin Resort Rd, there are two different ways of getting there, one is up Ogden Canyon, the other is head up Interstate 84. You will see directions to the place along the way, you'll definitely not miss it! Last but not the least I feel like I should mention the cost of all the splendour, it's not for the faint of heart, per person, how's about $85.00!! It's just probably the absolute best $85.00 a person will spend in their lifetime of hunting a buffet of this magnitude!! Well I guess I've said too much about this place but it's really out of this world and it's located right here in Northern Utah!! Now in closing, how about some photos??

If you are stupid enough to not know the difference between those two, you should probably stay in a HOTEL before you bash a HOSTEL (Camelot) for being exactly what it should be... This is for people who are good at traveling. Hotel people don't belong. For people who love the thrill of traveling and meeting new people, Camelot is for you! The self-check in process was amazing. I love being able to do things on my own and putting in the confirmation number on the computer to get my room and lock box combination was a breeze. The hostel was very quiet and VERY clean. Whoever is cleaning it is doing a phenomenal job, and I commend them very much. Even though Hostels require you to share a bathroom, it was almost as if I had my own private bathroom due to how clean it was. Also, it was very quiet. I realize that this is dependent on who is staying there at the time and such, but it still was quiet and that was also cool. I personally would have preferred a little more mingling with people, but that's because I actually like people, unlike those who stay at hotels and need their privacy. There are signs EVERYWHERE, that CLEARLY mark what you should and shouldn't do, which is nice. That way you won't be unexpectedly be charged for anything extra... Unless you're an illiterate American or something... I swear, people don't read signs these days and then they get pissed something bad happens. READ. Lastly, I met some pretty cool people here who I went out with and had a couple of epic nights with. Now, not saying that will happen to you. Fate is a fun thing. However, the environment of a Hostel makes it possible! For the price, this hostel cannot be beaten. I will be back if I'm in Salt Lake City again. KNOW what you are getting into before booking (The difference between a Hostel and a hotel) and DON'T listen to idiot reviews. **End Transmission**

It was difficult to get a response from the owner and even after he responded we still struggled to open all the lock boxes and doors. After we finally got in I was sad to see how the room looked. Initially it was clean but after further inspection, not so much. There were stains on the sheets and comforter and they seemed like they hadn't been washed. There was crumbs and dirt in the bed. The comforte had crusty pieces of who knows what on it. The towels were crunchy and had holes on them. However, the only redeeming quality is how close it is to the hot springs! Less than a 5 minute drive. If you can handle being in a dirty place for a night or two this isn't the worst place but I would not recommend it.

UTA is apparently not smart enough to realize that calling a station "North Temple" and then…read morecalling another station 4 stops away "North Temple Bridge" causes needless confusion, wrong exits, and missed transfers. Seriously, no one thought that maybe it would be smart to only have one stop called North Temple? What kind of incompetent fools planned this piece of crap? Also, it should be obvious (although I'm sure it's not to the bureaucrats at UTA), but the terminals for buying tickets are clunky, dysfunctional, and extremely unintuitive. The touchscreen is apparently from 1990 with a sweet 4-second lag time. Want your terminals to be damaged from people punching them in frustration? Then you're in the right place. Say you want to catch the Frontrunner from the airport down to Utah county... Good luck magically knowing that you need a Frontrunner ticket starting at the North Temple station (oh, and that's the North Temple *Bridge* station of course, not the 1940 North Temple station). I still have no clue if I'm also supposed to pay for a Trax ticket from the airport to North Temple (again, obviously not the non-bridge North Temple, as that wouldn't transfer you anywhere). The Trax train very conveniently doesn't say 704 anywhere on it, just "GRN" (which obviously means green?) despite Google and the UTA trip planner giving the number 704. But rest assured, that number is just there to help confuse you, since you wont be able to find it anywhere. I've travelled around the world and the UTA transportation here wins for the most retarded piece of crap I've ever seen. Don't waste your time. It's not worth the hassle of trying to figure out UTA's nonsense, as the concept of usability in a mass transit system never crossed their mind.

We could have probably slept twice as many as we have. It's 3 levels with room, after room after room. All of them are decent size but the 2 master BR suites (1 up, 1 down) are the largest. They are all decently appointed. There are at least 4 TVs although we had problems getting them to work. After reporting an issue someone came out and got the Sitting Room/Kitchen one going and said that was the only one the HOA was responsible for. The rest were to be handled by the owner but over Christmas that was unlikely and was not corrected. Other issues bathroom toilet running and bathroom door that would not lock. Issues but overall a great place.
