Everything is cooked to order which means if you want to order Mango Rice you have to call it in 1.5 hours in advance which is fine if you live in Columbus, I don't... My meal was hot and full of fresh veggies & tasty basil. But the sauce was watery like broth. I've never needed a spoon for Drunken Noodles before. The noodles were overcooked and soft, the chicken wasn't seasoned enough and I didn't leave full. Lastly, the restroom floor was sticky and untidy. It may have just been an off day based on the previous reviews and a nearby table raving about their meals.
