The broth was perfectly seasoned and had a depth of flavor that was evident that the broth was made over several hours. Just a nice simply beef noodle soup that reminded me of my childhood eating pho at home. It's very rare to say pho at a restaurant is comparable to one made at home. When good food makes you reminisce of your younger years, I totally understand what "food is love." The interior design really takes you back in time with the old TV and radio equipment.
