Often times there are many extra steps to complete a task like process serving but David took care of all that and when above and beyond. Anytime you get more than you pay for deserves recognition. I had the unfortunate task of having to go to court to get a restraining order against an extremely vindictive and manipulative individual with ties to law enforcement who knew how to play the game. She was using 3 different addresses, though all in the same area. I paid the Sheriff's Office twice to serve her, but each time she eluded their efforts. I then hired Basic Document Service to try to serve her. She initially evaded several attempts by David, but I went back to her addresses, talked to neighbors, and confirmed where she was actually living. I told David, and he was on it right away. She refused to answer the door, but David observed her car was parked there, and there was a woman inside trying to look out without being seen. He made the required legal announcement loudly, waited a bit, then left the papers there for her to get when she stepped outside. She tried to claim she had not been served, but with the details David provided to me there was no question she was served. David was ready to testify if needed, but the judge said it wasn't needed. Super Long Overdue!!!! ( About 2 years ) I THOUGHT i was going to the correct place to get help after I got served by my child's father. David replied quickly to my voicemail. He pressured me into paying $1500 for a service that I could have easily done for $10 myself. I am a single mom. I was young, naive, scared, and almost hopeless. All the perfect things David needs to pull you in to this scam. The only good that came out of this, was no filing charges! He said he would serve my sons' father and David talked up how amazing it was going to be..... Hello if you got served first all you need to do is respond through the mail. You DO NOT need to hire someone to serve the person that served you. On top of that he recommended some bogus lawyer, Howard Morrison. David said, "Oh yea, big black guy will intimidate everyone" That lawyer didn't do anything but take my money as well. He was pretentious as well as condescending. The judge hated the lawyer that David recommended. David is quick, but you can easily take half a day off of work, go super early in the morning and file everything yourself at the courthouse. He didn't do anything more than what they teach you at the self help center. I am pissed that I went so many times to go see him, even after I got a weird vibe from him. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
