She changed my life and took me from being discouraged and complacent to reinvigorating my energy and excitement for PMU!! Miss Jenny Lind's class was everything I could've dreamt of....an amazing two weeks of not just learning the craft, but also the WHY behind everything that we do as PMU artist. Jeremy did a fantastic job and my son loved the experience. Second, in regards to Crystal's tattoo style and quality. Crystal is very talented. She's completed several tattoos all over my body over the past 10 years. I love her bright colorful shading style and we always have a good time together. She's become one of my closest friends, as well. I send so many of my friends and family to Crystal for piercings and tattoo work. She's the best!

DO NOT GIVE CRYSTAL A DEPOSIT!!!!…read more She tattooed me a few years ago and everything was fine. I messaged her a week ago asking for a cover up of the same tattoo. I sent her pictures of what I wanted and she said she could do it. We scheduled the appointment for Thursday, July 3 at 4:30. I sent her the deposit of $150 just like I did last time. I got to her shop at 4:25 and no one was there. I sent her a message and she said she was sorry, but she had to go out of town for a personal matter and that her assistant was supposed to message me earlier. She asked if she could call me in one hour, I said yes. She did not call me an hour later. So an hour and a half later I messaged her and told her I just wanted my deposit back. She responded to that message and said that she was planning on coming back into town and rescheduling everyone for Saturday and Sunday despite it being the holiday weekend. However, she did agree to refund my money and said that she would have her accountant Zelle it to me. Three days later, I messaged her because I had not received my refund. She did not respond. A day later, I told her if she did not give me my refund I was going to write this review and pursue any other methods of repayment that I could. Clearly I have not received my money back. I also spoke with another artist who said that my tattoo can't even be covered without being lasered to lighten it first. She is currently holding my deposit hostage, preventing me from moving forward with the laser tattoo removal and cover-up and I am not sure she will ever give it back. So unless you want to find out the hard way, I suggest you keep your money and find another artist.

Few weeks later Milly had me come in saying I'll get exactly what we had discussed. After this second session I was definitely suppose to be able to see the hair strokes and longer brows. It's been 2 months and all my eyebrows look like is like they got shaded in with permanent makeup.
