They have the silver brewery tanks where they brew their beer on site behind the bar area. They had a bunch of unique brews but I am not a beer person. I mentioned that I was on a time crunch with having to catch the bus in approximately 35 minutes and just wanted to check to see if the kitchen could accommodate my schedule. I was a bit taken aback when he responded that he couldn't guarantee anything and the electricity could go out.... So I was going to pass on ordering, but then he said we better get my order in then. So I put in an order for fish and chips. Then he said the kitchen should not have a problem accommodating that time window. He brought me some water and I enjoyed watching the football game while I waited for my to-go order. The food was ready in plenty of time for me to make it to the bus stop. It was packed nicely and came in a paper bag. I was able to enjoy it at the bus stop. Fish and Chips with Avalanche Ale battered white fish, fries, tartar. The fish has a nice batter but was a bit bland and could have used more salt or other seasoning. It really needed the tartar sauce to complete the flavor profile. The fries were light and crispy. Overall the food was what I would expect from a brewery. Nice place to go in breck to enjoy beer and food while watching a sporting event.

Since they're part of the CamelBak and Stanley cup generation, they hadn't seen anything like them before. My son was impressed by the size of the kids' burger, and the fries were great.
