The prices are reasonable, and booking was quick and easy, just a $25 deposit, which I didn't mind. When we arrived, she was taken in within 5 minutes and received the full 50-minute session as promised, she even went over the allocated time for the towel and aroma therapy. Very ethical, gives me the vibethey are not trying to rip you off. She says her back feels much better afterward, which is what mattered most. The location is convenient as well. The only downside is that the facility is pretty small, and the rooms are just big enough for the therapist and client, so you'll need to wait in the lobby. Not a huge issue, though. I also added aromatherapy with hot towels for $10, which felt like a great value. Overall, the staff were very professional and the experience was smooth.

I'll definitely take her up on some of the recommendations that she provided and I appreciated her knowledge especially when it comes to problem areas. Renee was friendly during check in and check out. I'll definitely be back!

The staff has turned over a good bit in the couple years its been since my last visit which is no surprise given all everyone has faced and it had to have been ultrahard on businesses that require such personal contact and connection. That said, in looking at the bios and experiencing a massage from one staff member it's clear SN continues to vet who they sign on thoroughly and bring in well trained folks. Pretty much any kind of therapeutic body work you're interested in SN has you covered. I generally go for deep tissue massage but they do many styles and I'm sure do all the others well. Check out their website for info, pricing and book a session. It's easy to do online or by phone. Promise you'll be glad you did.

I stayed here for the weekend and booked a Swedish massage and hot salt rocks to my package. Jennifer was my massage therapist. She has the softest hands but applied the pressure that I needed. You fill out an intake form that gives the therapist an idea of any medical conditions and an idea of what you need from your service and they work off that to give you a great experience. The place is extremely clean, neat, accommodating and the staff are all very professional. The locker rooms have everything you need. The robes and slides are soft and made of good quality. Cell phones/camera are prohibited in areas where services are being provided. The lounge area has a waterfall, comfortable seating and plays soft music while a relaxing scent fills the air. You can pay for a one-time service or sign up for a $80/month membership that includes services to sauna, the pool, the massage service of your choice and complimentary beverages/snacks. In my opinion, they're much better than the Ballantyne Resort. You can have an individual service or book a couples massage for two. LKN Massage has a simple, utilitarian interior. Their massage rooms are larger than most and comfortable. They are one of the few places that use massage lotion (not oil), so you are not left with lots of excess oil to transfer to your clothes when you are done. Nice! While Heather specializes in neuromuscular and deep tissue massages, she did a great job giving me a light, relaxing Swedish massage. Therapists have different styles, and Heather's is one of my favorites. She spends extra time on your arms, hands, and especially your feet, forgoing the face and hair (which I never like because it makes my hair greasy). I was totally relaxed after my 90-minute massage! Once you visit, LKN Massage will add you to their "flash" sale list, where they email you openings for the next day at a discount. They also offer discounts occasionally through Groupon, Living Social, or their own website. I highly recommend giving them a try, if you haven't been before. I'll definitely be back!

So, as a Plus sized girly, that's where my focus needed to be, and he obliged. I always get a deep tissue. It's what helps me the most, but if Swedish is your thing, go for it. The tables are not electronic, but there was a heating pad. I was advised the tables go up to 300 lbs. They seemed ok, but I chose not to flip over; super cautious! You can enhance your session with aroma therapy if you wish. I also asked about the oil used, which is Lavender scented. You can also bring your own.
