During my session Travis mentioned trying their new LED light bed for my back and knee tension. He said overtime it helps the muscle pain and inflammation. So during my check-out the Manager acre gave me a complimentary hour to try out the new Light Stim bed. It took a moment to get comfortable on the flat plastic bed. You're giving goggles to protect your eye which is good. I completed 15-20 minutes faced up and then the same faced down. If you're a woman it's a bit uncomfortable laying flat on your chest but I managed to adjust. I may give this another try but it's nice to have options at the spa.

Very through and professional…read more As I get older it seems like I'm experiencing a loss of hearing particularly in the high frequencies however my wife refers to it as "Selective Hearing". In any case, it seems that it was time to confirm or deny there was a problem and if there was, do something about it. My appointment was at 8:00 this morning and when I arrived shortly before 8:00, there was already a number of folks ahead of me. Being a new patient, I was give a stack of papers to sign giving medical history and consent to treat etc. Took about 10 minutes and within a couple of minutes of turning it in, my name was called. First step was with an audiologist who gave a very comprehensive exam, second was with someone I assume was a PA for Medical History and them with the Physician himself. Very efficient and both the Audiologist and the Physician took great lengths to explain their findings and made sure I could understand. Bottom line is I am a candidate for hearing aids. Not required at this stage but it comes down to a quality of life thing and do I really want to hear what my wife says. Answer of course is yes so I'm going to op to give them a try. In the meantime, I give this office very high marks for the quality of care they provide.

I just created a Yelp account for the sole purpose of leaving this review, because I am so appalled…read moreby the lack of professionalism that I have experienced from General Manager, Maryann Niederman, at this place of business. I came to Beem this past Saturday as a returning customer with my boyfriend and used the facility as it was intended to be used. After sitting in the sauna for 45 minutes, showering for 10 minutes, and changing into new clothes we left the facility in the condition it was found, thanked the staff and carried on with our day. We were then notified almost 90 minutes later at 2:56 PM (4 minutes before the facility's closing) that we had caused terrible damage to the facility, were being charged $200, and had been banned from ever coming back. Obviously we were shocked by this notification and reviewed the photos they had attached as "evidence" which clearly indicated that their shower caddy had fallen from the wall and broken. I called the next day and spoke with general manager MaryAnn and tried to reinforce the fact that we had not caused this damage and it appeared to have fallen from the wall. She refused to believe me, told me she was "giving me the chance to tell her what really happened" and that "she had her own theories about what had happened in the room". I reminded her that we were both repeated customers to their facility and had referred multiple other customers to the business. I also asked what we stood to gain by destroying this equipment and not notifying the staff on our way out of the room? She responded saying, "well that's the question of the day...really that's the question of the weekend isn't it?". I can't fathom how any reasonable person could assume intentional damage was caused based upon these photos instead of the obvious reason that the shower caddy simply fell from a distance. I have attached the provided "evidence" used by Beem as well as our email communications so that you as a consumer can make your own judgements. However, I can assure you that my network will not be returning to this facility or any of Roger Martin's other businesses like RockBox Fitness. I have invited Roger to reach out to me directly, and if resolution is found I will be happy to work with Beem again. I truly hope this is just a training opportunity for staff lacking customer service experience. If after reading this review you still decide to visit Beem, I would strongly encourage you to take photos of the room after your departure so that you are not falsely accused of damages like myself.

I had a fabulous experience!…read more I just needed a brow wax, but Janet was very focused and meticulous. The location was great for me since I needed to head back to work after. I also didn't experience serious reddening after so all I had to do was touch up my foundation and head back to the office. Compared to other places in the area (at least for brows) Janet is priced really well. I'll be back!
