The use of high-pressure hoses on these mats make them looking like new again. I was disappointed to see that Beaver Car Wash no longer had them (clips to hang up mats). Went to Morgans Car Wash in Shady Spring and wala! They have them! They also have a timer to let you know how much time you have for the water to run. I like having a dial to give you a choice as to whether you want to soap or rinse, etc. I hung my mats and wala - my mats are clean. Thanks Morgan Car Wash for keeping the mat clips!

Before entering, a staff member visually inspected the vehicle, found no issues, and waved him through. After the damage occurred, the on-site manager reviewed it and agreed there was no obvious reason the brush should have grabbed the bumper. She filed Incident Report #3391 in their system. Despite this, no one from the local site followed up. I had to contact Whistle's corporate customer care myself to get a response. After asking me to provide photos and basic info, they eventually replied to say the bumper had "pre-existing damage" and they would not accept responsibility. I asked for a copy of the video footage that supposedly showed this "pre-existing damage." They refused to release it without a court order. The damage isn't enough to justify the time and cost of a lawsuit--but it still left me with a car that needs repair and no support from the company. Their refusal to provide video evidence or work toward a resolution shows how they handle claims--by stonewalling. I can't recommend this business, and I won't be returning.
