He came over promptly and was able to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately it was beyond his scope to repair but he tried his best and was quite helpful. He was professional, polite and prompt - we were very fortunate to find him.

They didn't even put it up on the rack for 6 days, and then called to say they needed to replace the fuel pump. It took them three days to do that and I had to call, for the third time, to get an update. They said they had just put it in and were going to wait 40 minutes and then would call me. Three hours later, they finally called and said they would come to pick me up. On the way to the garage, I told the guy who picked me up that I had noticed a pulsing in the brakes and wondered if the rotors needed to be turned. He said they would rather get new parts than grind the rotor, and that if I would contact them so they could order the parts in advance, I could bring the car in and wait while they fixed it. It would only take an hour and a half. They would order parts without even LOOKING at the brakes? And they could do a brake job in an hour and a half, but it took them three hours to make a PHONE CALL? When we got to the garage, I had to wait behind one of their employees, who was explaining to another customer that they couldn't finish working on his truck because THEY had broken one of the clips and couldn't find the part. I did not even get out of the parking lot before my CHECK ENGINE light came on. They hooked it up and their device said it was running lean on bank two. The guy said it was an old code and acted like it was no problem, but he did tell me it might come back. The only code I had ever had was due to a problem I had fixed almost a year ago, and this was not the code. They showed absolutely no interest in resolving the issue. "We got your money, now get out." And the Check Engine light came back on 5 minutes later and has been on ever since. They evidently used the access port in the trunk to reach the fuel pump. I know, because when I went to put groceries in the trunk later, I found everything in the trunk pulled out of the way and the trunk liner pulled down -- they never put it back in place. The place is closed all day on Saturdays and Sundays, but the owner wasn't there while I was -- he had taken the day off. They were so busy it took them 8 days to change a fuel pump, but he needs three days off a week? I have absolutely no confidence in their work and I will never take my car back there

We had called 5 or 6 places before we found one that would even look at our motorhome. Mark the owner said he could not promise they could look at it that day but would before the weekend. We did not get towed there until 3pm. He also let use hook up to power and stay in the motorhome on his lot. By closing time at 5 pm Mark and his guys had looked at the engine and determined it had probably broke the flywheel. He had also checked for the part but could not get one til Monday. We told him our daughter lives in Charlotte NC area and could bring one up from there if he could find one near there. So Friday morning he went out of his way to look there for the part. He also came back Thursday night to check on us staying in is lot and see if we needed anything. His guys started working on our motorhome first thing Friday morning and had it ready for the new part by around 1 pm. While they did that Mark found a part near Charlotte. Our daughter picked up the part and finally made it to the garage at 4:45 pm on Friday. They close at 5. Mark and his guys stayed to work on finishing the repairs and at 9 pm had us done and on the road. Mark did all of this while dealing with the lose of his father in law on Thursday night. We can not say enough about the great guys and Mark. They made us feel welcome and cared about. Not just a customer but a friend. Not only did he get our motorhome looked at before the weekend but also got it fixed and back on the road. THEY WERE AWESOME AND WONDERFUL. I would recommend Creager auto to everyone. They treated us like family. Mark even called us Saturday to make sure everything went good.

We had called, left contact info, full details on the history and a request to call with any questions. We asked why he hadn't called, he said "the problem was obvious." So which was it? Too obvious to ask questions or too complex to solve without additional info? He had us at his mercy, taking a breakdown on the WV turnpike. Don't be another one of his victims!

This is the only reason why I go to these DIY car washes because over the winter the mud and dirt get "caked" on your floor mats. The use of high-pressure hoses on these mats make them looking like new again. I was disappointed to see that Beaver Car Wash no longer had them (clips to hang up mats). Went to Morgans Car Wash in Shady Spring and wala! They have them! They also have a timer to let you know how much time you have for the water to run. I like having a dial to give you a choice as to whether you want to soap or rinse, etc. I hung my mats and wala - my mats are clean. Thanks Morgan Car Wash for keeping the mat clips!
