Only go here of you have no other options. Their cost of simple oil change is TWICE what it is just about ANY other MAINTENANCE shop... its not a REPAIR shop and here is why. First I will say that I have given them MULTIPLE chances cause everybody has a bad day. This last one they did an oil change BUT were asked to check for a leak that I saw around the oil filter HOUSING. They claimed it was oil from a previous oil change but there was WET oil DRIPPING from the filter and you could see the path it took from the back of the housing that the filter attached to it. I am SURE that the seal in the back of the housing (which is actually the OIL COOLER) has worn out. They didnt take ANY time to look at anything other than the oil that had dripped on the sway bar. Then there was a rattle that, at first 1 thought MAY be a heat shield, and they claimed that it was as well but say MAY BE heat shield above the muffler which tells me they never tried to look for it AND I had decided to try to run it down myself BEFORE I took it to them and I had checked the heat shield on both sides at the front (which is where the noise is, not in the middle or back) and it sounded to me like it MIGHT be around or in the transfer case. Then MIRACULOUSLY... the truck needed front AND rear pads AND rotors when they were NEVER asked to look at those. Oh, and they wanted almost $900 to replace them which was a little over $300 more than other places and they "gave a break" on the price at that. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place to get ANY work done. read more

I have to say a huge thank you to the assistant manager and technician at Mr. Tire in Beckley. I didn't realize I had a flat tire (almost to the rim) until around 6:30 this evening. I went to Walmart about 6:45 and they refused me stating that they closed at 7 and already had a car in the bay and that they could not get any overtime. I didn't realize Mr. Tire closed at 7 and I only arrived about five minutes before 7. I asked if anyone in the area would be open later than them that could fix my tire. The assistant manager graciously told me they would fix it and then had the nice technician to remove a nail and repair my tire. My thanks to both of them for helping in my time of need and for being so kind. read more

Not one worker was wearing a mask, even as they walked around the store. The workers were not enforcing the mask wearing either- so the customers next to me weren't wearing masks. Isn't this a law? I don't care to go to a business and be scared for my life. I'm a nurse and I'm more scared sitting in here then in a patient with covids room. read more
