We had our brand new car windows tinted in 2015. We were…read moretold he guaranteed the tint as long as we own our car. In 2019 the tint on my back glass started to bubble. We were told not to clean with blue windex and we never did. We made an appointment so he could look at it. He told us that Kia's back windows are cheap. We were told he has to contact the insurance agent and would call us back. A couple months went by and we never heard back. So we called again and made an appointment. When we got there about a year after the first appointment, he peeled off the back glass tint and he said it wasn't his glue and accused us of trying to scam him. He obviously doesn't know his glue. Don't expect the guarantee to be honored.

I usually go to Beaver Car Wash, but recently they did some renovation and they no longer have the…read morehooks to hang up the mats. This is the only reason why I go to these DIY car washes because over the winter the mud and dirt get "caked" on your floor mats. The use of high-pressure hoses on these mats make them looking like new again. I was disappointed to see that Beaver Car Wash no longer had them (clips to hang up mats). Went to Morgans Car Wash in Shady Spring and wala! They have them! They also have a timer to let you know how much time you have for the water to run. I like having a dial to give you a choice as to whether you want to soap or rinse, etc. I hung my mats and wala - my mats are clean. Thanks Morgan Car Wash for keeping the mat clips!

If you find yourself in need of a tow truck, Eddie and One-Way Towing should be your first choice…read more If I could pick three words about my experience with Eddie....he's trustworthy, thoughtful and dependable. I had a car accident in October (avoiding a deer hit, I wound up in the guardrail) in the mountains of West Virginia and was towed to the closest dealership in Roanoke, VA. Not only was I scared and in shock, I was stranded in WVA until he showed up within an hour (remember, I was literally in the middle of nowhere) and we took a 3 hour trip Roanoke to Land Rover in Roanoke, VA. He made me feel safe plus the whole situation was a seamless experience. Eddie was very knowledgeable, fair, ethical and clear about expectations for the trip and what I might expect on a Sunday, particularly because the car was not road drivable. Did I mention, he's also a very likable guy! It's obvious that he has insight and experience dealing with people in stressful situations. His voice was calming, empathetic and patient, which, after a car accident and was exactly what I needed to hear. Don't waste your time looking for another tow company: I recommend this company without reservation. If I haven't convinced you yet, Eddie was so concerned about my safety that after dropping off the car, he made sure I found a clean hotel for the night and brought my luggage into the hotel for me, explained to the front desk about our odyssey, and only left after he was sure I had a room. After such a long, emotional day, he was my guardian angel. We need more Eddie's in the world today.
