There was one other person, a yard guy, that I made contact with and he was also very courteous, even loaning us the tools we needed to accomplish getting the items we wanted. The service department for this company is a complete joke. I originally contacted them because the…read morehandle came of a closet door and our house is still under warranty. The first tech that came out said that the door was installed backwards and that a new door had to be ordered to fix the problem. Before leaving he informed me that a follow-up appointment would be scheduled. The second technician showed up on the day of the follow-up appointment. To my surprise he didn't have a new door and acted like he was completely oblivious to what the first technician had told me. So he went ahead and installed the handle on the same door using new holes and then left. A few weeks later the handle came off again. So again I called them to come out and fix the door. I spoke with a lady name Sherry and informed her what had happened and told her they needed to bring a new door. The third technician showed up to the appointment and he too didn't have a new door. He went and looked at the door and agreed that a new door had to be installed. I just attempted to call their corporate headquarters in Sandford FL during their posted business hours only to get a machine telling me to call back during normal business hours... I honestly don't know how a company can stay in business when this is how they interact with customers. My advice if you are looking for a company to purchase and install doors is to look elsewhere!
