However, upon arrival, he informed me he intended to drag the vehicle before placing it on the flatbed, which could have caused damage to my car's electrical system. This directly contradicted what was communicated to dispatch and raised serious concerns about proper handling procedures. When I contacted the company to address the issue, the manager responded in an unprofessional manner. He became hostile, raised his voice, and refused to provide his name when requested. This behavior is unacceptable and does not meet basic standards of customer service or accountability. I am requesting that this incident be formally investigated. I would also like clarification on the company's towing procedures and assurance that drivers are following proper protocols to avoid potential vehicle damage. A complaint has already been filed with AAA, and I will be pursuing this further through consumer protection channels if necessary. My invoice says they billed me for .5 day which is half of day when its only about 1-1.5hrs when I found out my car was towed to the time I picked up my car. So they actually cheated me.
