It was pain-free, and with very high quality results. This is the third crown he has installed for me over the years I've seen him - all great. Paid $400.00, 5 times less than what was quoted by Dr. Caldwell! My current dentist recommended 2 crowns priced at $1,000. I doubted his capability so I saw Dr. Pettey today just for a consultation. He said he could do some fillings and that would take care of the loss of enamel issue right then. I was pleasantly surprised he could fit me in when I was just scheduled for a consult. I was in there maybe an hour from start to finish and my 2 front teeth look brand new. My cost less insurance was $116 instead of what I could have paid ($1,000). You can't even see where the enamel loss was. As a result, I am switching to Dr. Pettey as my new dentist for me and my husband. Owning his own practice totally makes a difference in the care you are given. He and Johnna did an amazing job and I am so pleased with the outcome! Highly, highly recommend. They would email me, text and call everyday to remind me of my appt. I asked them to just leave me one message. Susan, in her usual condescending tone, said I've put a note on your file to not contact you, I said one contact is fine not 15. She said "if you can remember" Fast forward. Was outta town. She called to ask if I was coming in. I said no, didn't know I had an appointment. No one ever called that one time. Susan was trying to make a point. That was my last interaction. I've found a new dentist. I told them it was so nice to deal with nice people.

From the minute you arrive until you leave, you are met with kindness, understanding, engagement, and just stellar service overall. You can tell that Dr. Damron was purposeful and thoughtful as to whom he chose to be part of the staff- no matter their role. Every person seems to fit so well with their company culture. Even the front desk personnel are a delight. Take a moment to talk to them, especially Tiffany. Now let's talk about the dental experience. I always have a terrific experience with the hygienist, Michelle. Every time I have an appointment, I feel like I'm catching up with an old friend who happens to clean my teeth. Dr. Damron is a very patient, understanding, reassuring, and a kind dentist. I've had several different services and have never had any issues. He always seems to go out of his way to make sure I'm comfortable and I've never been in any pain. Believe it or not- I've even had a minor filling done with no numbing or anything! Dr. Damron explained how shallow the filling was and reassured me that I'd feel nothing. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I appreciated that he felt like I didn't need an unnecessary shot... so I agreed. And guess what?! I felt nothing! Oh and if you ever find yourself nervous during a procedure- or even a cleaning, ask if you can wear an X-ray apron. It's got some weight to it and someone who worked there suggested it before because it's almost like a weighted calming blanket. As for me, I'm not one who loves the dentist but Dr. Browne and her staff are the only dentist office I have ever felt comfortable in and it's because Dr. Browne takes her time in hearing and understanding what my concerns are. My 84 year old mother also loves Dr. Browne. She has a special condition that requires Dr. Browne to treat her with extreme care and my mother loves her and refuses to see anyone.
