We came to Lancaster for the Amish experience and certainly weren't expecting one of the highlights of the trip to be British pub food eaten out of takeout containers in our hotel room but here we are! Quips absolutely knocked it out of the park. Fantastic food, huge portions, incredible value, and one of those completely unexpected meals that you keep talking about afterward. Don't know what her problem was but usually when you purchase beer or mixed drinks they would offer food, I guess she was having a bad day or something. Then she said, my Facebook was disabled because, of my own fault. I wasn't even talking to her about my Facebook this was not her business. That conversation was between another customer & myself. Very unprofessional & rude. This was upsetting to me because I have been coming to the Shamrock for years. I like the owner Brandee but just because of this situation I was banned from the Shamrock sounds really petty, maybe she was to lazy to prepare the hotdogs. I smoke cigarettes so I like that you can drink beer & smoke cigarettes too. In 2025 it's hard to find a bar like this. So this bartender turned my feel good experience of the Shamrock into a Nightmare, hope she can live with herself knowing what she did to me. If possible I would like the owner to call me Brandee, my cell phone number is 717-799-0289 This wasn't a criminal act, usually that's what you get banned for life for. May God change the owners heart towards me I'm not a criminal. Thanks for everyone reading this & have a blessed weekend.
