The room is a smaller space with a mixture booths and chairs, a singular bar with about 6 to 8 or so stools, along with a few tables and chairs and also an outdoor seating area. The noodles were really good bar food, and my draft a decent pour. Having a nice hot green tea afterwards was a treat and that made my visit even more enjoyable and not like I was just hanging out in a bar. 3.5 Stars a cool neighborhood tavern with decent bar food and drink, rounded up for my bartender 00956

Parking is plentiful and the location makes it convenient to grab from downtown. My favorite part of the menu was that fact that you can order a flight of ice cream, which are priced at $6 for 4 scoops or $11.50 for 8 scoops. It's a GREAT way to have customers try different flavors without overwhelming the sample spoons (PS I don't think this place does samples). I ordered a 4 flight of Mango Habanero, Chocolate Hazelnut, Dream Sweet Cream, and Cherry. The Mango Habanero had a good occasional kick of habaneros in an otherwise sweet ice cream. The chocolate hazelnut was dark but not very nutty - I think it's a safe pick. The sweet cream tasted like a mcdonald's ice cream cone (but perhaps healthier), and the cherry flavor can be avoided as it didn't taste like anything close to cherry. The line was a little slower than expected, but the pricing is very fair, especially for the flights. Service was friendly, and I think their menu changes some flavors ever so often.

I enjoyed that they had a set of flights of ice cream. I got the set and tried blackberry habanero,…read moresweet cream, sunrise and strawberry lemonade. The blackberry habanero was interesting but did not fulfill a desire to purchase this in the future. It just tasted like habanero. There was no hint of blackberry. The sweet cream was really good. The sunrise was good, preferably I would want a bit more sweetness to it but I can see how others might be okay with how it is. The strawberry lemonade sorbet was delicious but a tad bit too sweet. The staff was friendly and provided good information on the ice cream. The store is a small spot so more than likely you will probably eat outside.

Spent most of the tour hearing from the owner about how his workers kiss every one of your beans that come from plantations where even bullets were found in the beans the workers sort in the factory. Not once did he talk about the exploitation cocoa farms have for children in the country of origin, inclu ding child slavery or slavery amongst adults, nor the companies commitment to working with farmers who practice ethical trade. That lack of emphasis of the dialogue regarding human rights leads me to believe that acknowledging humans rights isn't something this company has even with their own workers. A bunch of people come in for a tour and the cafe workers who are pretty new to the front area have to be in charge of seeing about 15- 30 different orders with in 5 minutes and the front stage who makes below minimum of the cost of living has to be left felling supported? I wonder if all the staff working for you have even been on a sailboat or own one? It's on your logo after all. Or is it a simple nod to the slave trade being the reasons you are a millionaire? I think it would be amazing if this company could make products that do not include slavery or mistreatment of workers.
