The tire/wheel package was purchased in advance from a different online supplier, therefore all 2BTA needed to do was install the wheels. I had vibration while driving after the install, took it back and 2BTA said the tires were out of balance so they charged me to rebalance them and said 1 tire was way out of spec. The owner also said that the type of tires I ordered would never ride well because they've had bad experience with them. Since the tires were under warrantee, the supplier issued me a new tire which was taken back to 2BTA to change out. Needless to say they swapped out the wrong tire and they did not rebalance the wheel. The front of my truck vibrated so much that I was unable to drive it above 50 mph safely. Out of frustration with 2BTA, I decided to take it to another tire shop and the manager did a Roadforce Balance check and showed me that the new tire that 2BTA just installed was out by 13oz (WOW!!). I immediately had them re-check the other 3 tires that 2BTA installed and sure enough they were all out of balance also. The other tire shop was able to rebalance all 4 tires and my truck finally drives smooth with no vibration on the road at all speeds now. Before my experience with 2BTA, I checked their reviews and they looked like a respected shop to go to. I don't know if it was a lack of training/knowledge balancing tires or just plain laziness on the tech's part, but I will never recommend or take my vehicles back to this shop for anything tire related.

We called to get a water pump put in our van and this company wanted an extravagant amount over…read more1200.00 while all the others including flushing the coolant were around 500.00 to 600.00 and gave us a lifetime warranty on part n labor 160.00 to 390.00 labor so this price given to us from Gobbler is utterly ridiculous. And we don't know if they even included the pulley, the thermostat or new serpentine belt or the fan clutch, this gobbler didn't even say any of this was included. Gobbler means they will gobble your money. Skip this one! We haven't made up our minds yet on who to use or if the one we choose will do a good job but we won't be using this one. It should be made of gold for this price. We used to trust mastermind automotive in Benton TN but we can't get a hold of him to even get a quote. ugh! It should take depending on the tools they have and the experience they have ...40 minutes with an experienced mechanic and for inexperienced with regular tools, 3 hours. We have read and looked at all reviews n videos n pricing all over online. PriceGeek was the best prices for the parts but we found that OEM $? or ACDelco 266.00 or Gates $? or Moray( lifetime warranty) 180.00 are the best water pumps. This pump would be for a chevy 3500 van and don't even have to take the radiator out to get to it. Too many mechanics will only guarantee the pump they put in for 1 year n not even lifetime which is not right. Who wants to keep putting cheap water pumps in and cheap gaskets that cause it to leak too quickly and having to put them in over and over again? Get a good one with preferably a lifetime warranty the first time. It's too much money and too hard to do these jobs over and over again. Get Good gaskets! Get a Good pump in the first place! ...or you will be sorry. And get guaranteed lifetime labor! To charge over 1200.00 is a Total rip off! This is double what all the others charge. Just an extra Note: And the pump manufacturer this company gobbler uses wont give a warranty at all unless you have a full coolant flush with it they said. They did not say which water pump they use. Maybe they already know they will have to do it again n so they charge double just in case. If we weren't older then we could buy the pump ourselves n do it much cheaper. And some say they catch the coolant n reuse it if it's clean, but we wouldn't. 180.00-266.00 pump with pulley, 40.00 or less for the belt, 75.00 coolant n a few clamps. So for around 300.00 to 385.00 we could do it ourselves depending on whether we put on a new belt. So they are making around 800.00 for labor here. Shame Shame!

I've had 2 cars in there in the last week for a simple oil change but somehow they've quoted me $5000 worth of work. The parts are $250-$300 dollars but labor is over $1000 each time. This has only been occurring for the last year. I used to be 100% Premier and wouldn't take my car anywhere else for the last 5 years. I'll be finding somewhere else from here on out.

(Cleveland location, not ooltewah)-…read more This shop treated my jeep 2 months ago for an oil pressure code I was getting with my CEL. they replaced the most expensive part that *could* have been the culprit, costing $4k. the light came back on intermittently not long after. I took it back recently on a Friday and they said it was a "stuck code," manually cleared it and said come back Monday if it returns, but assured I was safe to drive it off of their lot. it did return, and upon their inspection Monday they said the new oil pump was "working well" but they'd replace it under warranty. my CEL was active at this time, but they still assured me it was safe to drive until the part came in Wednesday. the 2nd replacement of the pump also failed to clear the code, and now they have noted catastrophic engine failure despite contradicting notes stating the engine had been physically healthy every other time and that the part they replaced functioned up to standards. when I asked about a separate sensor that could be the culprit, they dismissed me entirely and claim no such sensor exists, but a quick google will tell you otherwise. clearly, they performed an ineffective repair that has led to engine failure. I've been offered a full refund, but only if I sign a waiver releasing them of the liability for damages to my engine. I had only had this vehicle for 2 weeks when I first took them my vehicle. The shop manager refused to give me a phone number to contact the owner to seek resolution on this issue, so unfortunately I had my vehicle towed to a certified Jeep dealer for a full forensic breakdown diagnostic to find what they missed and document how their negligence led to destruction of my engine. As a teacher gearing up to go back to school, this is an incredibly difficult time to be without a car. I have filed a complaint with consumer affairs, as well as the BBB. If I do not hear back from the business in a timely manner with a way to compensate for the prior repair as well as a new engine, I will be perusing legal action.
