Fortunately i made the right choice, Josh was amazing. He was honest,, thorough and reliable. He even showed up on time plus He save me over $1000 in auto repairs.! His quote,including his mobile fee, was less than all the other quotes for my repairs . I was told I needed a new alternator, tuneup and Possibly a cracked engine block. when he checked the charging system It was fine. The only problem was a loose battery terminal. No alternator was needed, nor a tuneup his only charge was $50 for his visit. He didn't even want to charge me for an oil change. He said everything was fine.come back at 85,000 for the oil change. What a mensch‼

However the response was that they don't install parts purchased from the customer . I had a follow up with a question which was why don't they install parts pre purchased - because I'd like to have a warranty on my parts . The response was "we don't provide warranty " , which I knew they wouldn't provide warranty on my parts since I pre purchased my part with its own warranty and they didn't answer if they do provide warranty on their own parts and labor . My main question was why don't they install pre purchased parts and I was hoping they gave me another option alternative option. It was a missed opportunity was they didn't give me another option for the service, such as offering me warranty on parts and labor if I used their service/business . Maybe even educating me as a future client as to the why their business doesn't do that . Overall the response was quick but my question wasn't answered . This Davenport location was busy, but they still contacted me swiftly and informed me that they had availability at this Kissimmee location (which was actually closer to me, so even better!). They were able to quickly get me in the next day (the could have even done same-day if I wasn't busy), and replaced both headlights for under $160 total. Staff were friendly and super helpful. The Kissimmee location may have been closer now, but I will definitely be checking out this Davenport location when I move closer to it soon!
