She was friendly and talkative with them, even walking them through options when their card was declined, never announcing their fee. While they were sitting and waiting for the doctor, trying to figure out payment she went out of her way to let the wife know she could stay there in the waiting room or in her car and she would come out to let her know they were finished. Which was the point I noticed the difference in the service we got. Don't know if it was racial or not as I'm Black and my wife Asian and from some of the other reviews I've seen it may not be. His gentle, reassuring manner went a long way towards keeping our family sane during this crisis. The group goes out of their way to ensure that our daughter can get timely appointments that work with her schedule, and she doesn't spend much time in the waiting room.
