They found random additional charges to ensure I didn't get my security deposit back ie charged me for renters insurance which I have had since the day I moved in. Then I got a bill in the mail asking for an additional fees to be paid which was different from what their electronic system reported. Listen! If you have other options chose the other options!

We signed the lease before seeing the property and found ourselves shocked as we first stepped in the building. Entrance ways and hallways smell of weed, cigarettes, and piss. Trash cans were overflowing and junk mail is thrown all over the floor. The elevators are tiny and are painfully slow. You can hear everything from the apartments down the hall, and I found myself questioning a couple times a day whether I needed to go knock on a door and break up a domestic violence dispute. Now...the location is nice, parking is pretty good, and the apartments themselves are recently renovated with an up to date feel. The staff took care of us, and had us ready to move in well ahead of time, but this just didn't turn out to be the place for us. Like I said, expectations... approach with caution if you have kids.

These apartments are nestled back in a very quiet neighborhood in Blacklick off the beaten path. I believe that is one reason it's so quiet and calm here. Its dog friendly and well maintained with pet stations throughout. The staff here is awesome and quick on their toes when you need something done. I feel safe here and I'd highly recommend Redwood Blacklick to anyone looking for a nice quiet neighborhood to call home. Lisa A.

The ceiling in the living room has a 6' huge crack across the top, (with ceiling fan/light hanging on the side the ceiling is cracked open), one lane of the drive has been damaged down to gravel and the frig has a dent in the middle of the door. No damage at all in the small unit I've lived in since 2018, but the unit, for an extra $600 I will be paying has a ceiling ready to fall on my belongings/humans inside and a gravel drive. More damage to the larger unit by the previous resident than mentioned. I should have stayed in the smaller unit that I have taken care of.
