These apartments have mice. I WILLL NOT recommended these apartments to anyone. I have two small daughters and this makes me sick. I heard some noise under my stove yesterday and happen to SEE with my own two eyes a mouse run from under my stove to go across the kitchen under the dishwasher. After I got the courage to move my stove I then saw these traps here. I did NOT place these here. They were here since I moved in and I am now just seeing this. Once I called the office to inform them about the mouse situation all they said was they would call an exterminator to come by. I was frightened to have a mouse IN MY KITCHEN. So I then called again to have the office receptionist tell me there was nothing she could do I was on the list for the exterminator to pass by and that was that. I called at 10am, exterminator came at 1pm. The only thing the exterminator did was change the black triangular container that according to the exterminator it is rat poison. THATS ALL THE EXTERMINATOR DID. Nothing else. If you are looking to rent here, JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE these apartments have mice!! Let me add that I insisted to the Exterminator if we could further search for the mouse since I had seen what hole the mice came out of, exterminator said there was nothing he could further do to help but simple replace the triangular poison containers. Exterminator did not act surprised and was in my apartment for probably a total of 5 min he did not car of Any concerns that I presented to him and seemed to be in a hurry to leave. The exterminator DID find traces of mice and activity because the bait for the mouse was half way eaten, he then insured me that the mouse that had eaten the bait would surely be dead by now, (witch he's not because I saw the mouse again last night) this was not an isolated situation because there are other reviews of mice on here and neighbors complaining of the same issue. Update: AFTER 4 days of dealing with this mouse that kept coming out every night to eat the bait, that exterminator insisted would kill him. My fiancé ended up moving the mouse trap right next The the hole I mentioned to the maintenance workers the mouse was coming out of. Mouse was finally caught and killed by trap. Thank god this mouse is dead now. I leave this review only to inform people about this issue here. Let me tell you the office staff Tanina Hart and including manager (Laura) made me feel like I was disturbing them Every time I would inform them about this mouse. Tanina would constantly raise her voice at me and became frustrated with me. Even though (owner) wrote here to please contact them if I had any other issues. I have pictures and videos to prove what I am saying is nothing else but the truth.

Lived there 2 years and the rent increased nearly $500 per month from the time we signed the lease…read moreuntil we moved. Management not at all responsive to resident's needs unless you are one of their favorites. Very few activities, with little participation. Observed crimes on several occasions in poorly lit back parking lot. Management refused to install additional security lights, citing cost as the reason. Moved out in May 2025 and as of August 2025 still waiting for return of security deposit, although we were promised it would be "expedited and sent by overnight delivery". Although the apartments are nice, there is no benefit to living here.

My mother just moved into Glenwood Square apartments and is happier than I have seen her in years!…read more First, I have to thank Jen and Frank who run the place. They have been very helpful and have gone further than expected. Frank came in on a Sunday to fix the door handle as it was having some difficulties for my mom to turn the key (tight, new lock). Jen went over to Drug Mart and purchased a splitter for the cable, put it on herself and got my mom's bedroom and living room TVs, phone and internet working. Both have gone out of their way to help their tenants. Second, the place is so lovely and quiet. The view from my mom's apartment is so beautiful and everywhere is very quiet. Everything is so new and clean. And it is great that there is a washer and drying right in the unit. No public clothes washing. Also, the gas and water are paid for by the apartment, which reduces my mom's bills significantly. Last, the other tenants are very friendly and nice. My mom is enjoying being able to sit and drink coffee and chat with everyone every day. She never had that being so alone in her big house. She is so looking forward to all of the social activities that are planned, like Bingo, new tenant welcomes and especially going to the Note-Oriety Showchoir shows. I would HIGHLY recommend this Senior Community.

I lived there for a full year, if you're really considering staying there PLEASE READ THE WHOLE…read moreTHING BEFORE APPLYING PROS: The community is good. The neighbors tend to mind their own business & are pretty nice people. The office staff are friendly and helpful when you need something. They host little events and such for the tenants every now & then. Since I moved in back in February of last year, they've added a playground, an amazon package hub, put in new doors and toilets for the units and a new leasing office. The appliances in the unit are all up to date which comes in handy to keep you from having to get your own CONS: 1). The apartments are RIDICULOUSLY OVER PRICED. A one bedroom unit costs $900 + $5 for trash removal, NOT INCLUDING electric, internet or water. You're charged a convenience fee for paying online, so example; Rent +Trash = $905, w/ a potential $40 water bill (if you live alone) + $23 convenience fee (they also charge if it's over the phone) you'll ultimately be paying over $960-$970 for a 1 bedroom (and not a very big one). That fee goes up depending how much your bill is too so the higher the bill the higher the fee. Your best bet is to pay it at a money center at Walmart, they charge you $3 but that's way better than $23. 2). All of the closet doors in my unit were off track or wouldn't close at all (I didn't really mind). I found a dead mouse under my heat vent 3 months after I moved in (it looked like it'd been there a while so I wasn't really bothered), there were little black ants coming out of the bathroom corner which eventually stopped, then it was little silver fish (probably because of the constant flooding on the ground level). I had to contact maintenance 3 separate times because the unit above me was leaking water into my bathroom ceiling causing black mold above my shower. The first time they came they just covered the spot with a wooden plank, second time they covered it with spackle, then it took months for them to actually come back & paint over the spackle (they also left mess of it over my shower faucet & my bathroom sink when they finished). When I make a maintenance request I asked to be called first to schedule a time so that I could be there and have my ESA put away, but for my last request someone had come into my unit without my knowing & nobody called to set up a day. I only found out with an email the next day saying the request was completed. It was my understanding that they don't go into your unit without notifying you unless it's an emergency & it certainly wasn't so I guess maintenance can come in your place at anytime 3). Showering was a chore, not sure if any other unit had this problem but my shower had messed up controls. You could only control how hot your water is by using the cold water knob & you had to do it CAREFULLY. You turn too far to the left it gets too cold, you turn too far to the right its super hot, & it didn't matter how much you turned the hot water knob because that did absolutely nothing. Also the water pressure is non existent, if you started your shower standing in the middle of the tub, after 60 seconds you'll be standing directly under the shower head trying to get water. I thought that's just something that happens in apartments but the apartment where I live now doesn't have that issue. 4). Elevators are dysfunctional. One of them always stops at the lobby floor whether you press the button or not, the other sometimes won't close it's doors, doesn't move at all or occasionally will take you to your floor, stop & take you back down to the lobby without ever opening. The washing machines also break down a lot. I had to rescue my sheets from a washer that had burst open and sprayed scolding hot water onto the floor flooding the hallway (& it was labeled 'safe to use'). Some of the dryers won't dry your clothes completely either but hey, at least they have new vending machines. 5). There was no way for me to control the heat in my unit so I had to leave my balcony door open to cool it down in the winter a lot (&I wasn't the only tenant with that issue). But if your unit faces the front of the building you'll have to deal with loud neighbors on the bottom floor as well as 15 wheeler amazon trucks driving around from 1am-6am in the morning so enjoy that. 6). Lots of people in the building have dogs that aren't dog friendly or properly trained. There's also a lot of people who don't pick up after their dogs either (outside or inside the building) even though they provide free poop bags at the back door. 7). When I finally got out and got my security deposit back, they kept $195.72 of my $450 security deposit even though I didn't break anything in my unit. They charge you for cleaning the apartment regardless of the condition its in, had I known that I wouldn't have bothered to try and clean a little before leaving. I've attached pics of some of the problems mentioned before

This place is all about your expectations going in. We were coming across the country and looking…read morefor a cheap, short term rental and Solon Club fit the bill. We signed the lease before seeing the property and found ourselves shocked as we first stepped in the building. Entrance ways and hallways smell of weed, cigarettes, and piss. Trash cans were overflowing and junk mail is thrown all over the floor. The elevators are tiny and are painfully slow. You can hear everything from the apartments down the hall, and I found myself questioning a couple times a day whether I needed to go knock on a door and break up a domestic violence dispute. Now...the location is nice, parking is pretty good, and the apartments themselves are recently renovated with an up to date feel. The staff took care of us, and had us ready to move in well ahead of time, but this just didn't turn out to be the place for us. Like I said, expectations... approach with caution if you have kids.

I have lived in Pebble Creek apartments for 6 months and so far I would have to say I am, for the…read moremost part, very pleased about our decision to move here. I'll start with all the things I like about the place. The apartments are very spacious and kept up very well. The complex looks incredible. They go to great lengths to keep the place clean and inviting. The property management team has been nothing but wonderful and they are typically very quick to respond to any problems. The complex is located just a couple of miles away from downtown Twinsburg and most every store you could need access to. For those who are looking for easy highway access for your daily work commute 480, 271, and route 8 are easily accessible from the complex. The complex is also close to several gyms and great restaurants. I've never felt slighted by the lack of amenities (pool, on site gym, etc) for what we pay a month, especially considering how well the place is kept up and how nice Twinsburg is. There are a couple of draw backs with the complex. As the other reviewers mentioned, the cable/internet situation is a problem. When you sign your lease you sign up to have your cable provided by Dish network (through Windstream) and your internet through Windstream. If you've ever had the misfortune of working with Windstream you know why this is a problem. Needless to say their customer service is terrible, and because they own the Dish contract it's very difficult to get decent customer service from Dish. Ok, no problem just disconnect and get someone else, right? Wrong. Because Windstream bought out the cable for the complex they still charge you a $50 a month access for another company to use their outlets. All this may seem minor but after a few brutal customer service phone calls you'll understand the problem. The other issue I have with the complex deals with the number of parents who tend to pull their car up to the complex exit and sit there with their kids while they wait for the school bus. This also seems like a minor issue but when you are trying to get out the door for work it can be a little frustrating trying to navigate a line of cars when you don't know who is waiting for a school bus and who is also about to pull out and around the line of cars. The management staff has tried to address the issue but they are largely ignored. While we are moving out of Pebble Creek in a few months due to job changes, I would absolutely recommend the complex to anyone looking to move into a nice, quiet, neighborhood in a nice town.
