Each building has one and two bedroom units, and a nice lobby to sit in and visit, or wait for a ride. Everybody has a mailbox here. The common building has a large room for activities and parties. Bingo, speakers, potluck dinners and games are monthly. There's plenty of parking, and garages are available. A lot of people walk the green area and parking lot. Solon's Senior Center, the City Park, and Giant Eagle Market Place shopping center are nearby.

They have been very helpful and have gone further than expected. Frank came in on a Sunday to fix the door handle as it was having some difficulties for my mom to turn the key (tight, new lock). Jen went over to Drug Mart and purchased a splitter for the cable, put it on herself and got my mom's bedroom and living room TVs, phone and internet working. Both have gone out of their way to help their tenants. Second, the place is so lovely and quiet. The view from my mom's apartment is so beautiful and everywhere is very quiet. Everything is so new and clean. And it is great that there is a washer and drying right in the unit. No public clothes washing. Also, the gas and water are paid for by the apartment, which reduces my mom's bills significantly. Last, the other tenants are very friendly and nice. My mom is enjoying being able to sit and drink coffee and chat with everyone every day. She never had that being so alone in her big house. She is so looking forward to all of the social activities that are planned, like Bingo, new tenant welcomes and especially going to the Note-Oriety Showchoir shows. We were told we would not be able to see the apt before paying the deposit which I know is standard for most places. When we arrived to move in, the apt reeked of cigarette smoke. My eyes were burning and the smell was awful. The apt door didn't even have a nonsmoking sign on it. I informed the manager and she repeatedly denied anyone smoking in that room. The next day I saw a nonsmoking sign placed on my door. To add on to that, I found pieces of dog food on the carpet which was another reason for my allergies. The manager even said she personally knew the previous tenant and was sure he did not smoke or have pets. The cabinets had a layer of dust on them. I should've been paid for the amount hours I spent cleaning the apt. We notified corporate and a lady came to inspect the room. I gave her the evidence of the pet food I found on the floor, nails, and empty prescription box found in the bathroom along with pictures of the amount of dust on the cabinets. The lady denied any smell. This could be because the management had done a carpet cleaning and put in scented air filters prior to her checking the room. However, I felt as if they were blaming me for making everything up. Needless to say corporate didn't do anything either besides possibly reprimanding the staff. I doubt that even happened as they have not changed one bit. After two months we were finally able to move to a different apt after inspecting it myself for issues of course. I would've gladly driven the 1hr+ to work from the Spruce Run location as opposed to 25min drive if had known I would have to go through all this. It should not be this hard to resolve these issues. The maintenance staff have been rude at times and take their sweet time to come fix even an emergent issue. In addition, I had to ask them to change my AC filter. As of yet, they have not come to change the filters or do room checks which is done routinely at the Spruce Run location. If they had done routine room checks, they would have picked up on the marijuana that was being used by someone in my floor months ago. I had to tell the maintenance man who was present in my building one day claiming he was doing room checks of this matter. It's been a miserable experience working with these people and I can't wait to leave. I suggest to save yourself from this headache and stay somewhere else.

I thought very carefully about this review, as you will see below. When I compare Williamsburg to…read morethe other rental options I had (quite a few in a fairly large geographic area), it was the best of the lot. A very good experience overall. First the PROS: - At the top of the list is the STAFF! From the office staff to the maintenance folks, all involved are top-notch. I've never rented anywhere, or heard of a rental complex, with a more professional and responsive staff. And not just the nice sales pitch to get you to sign a lease. Every inquiry, every issue, was addressed immediately. Early on I had to change my move-in date several times, and they were extremely accommodating ... even nice about it! - Location, location, location! If you enjoy hiking and being near the national park, this place is for you. You can *walk* from your door to the park trails, bike to the towpath or to the Bike & Hike Trail. It's also located within the Greenwood Village Community Association, so you have access to all those amenities (indoor & outdoor pools, tennis courts, fishing lake, etc.) in addition to the Williamsburg-specific amenities. - Attached garages. These are quite roomy, and offer great storage place for all that stuff you won't be able to fit in the unit (see cons). - Extra services. The leasing office will do things like hold packages for personal pickup. I found this to be a nice security feature, so you don't have delivered boxes sitting by the front door. - Townhouse style units, so no one living above or below you. - You can have pets, even big dogs here! - A number of lease term options. You generally have a range of 5 months to as long as 15 months from which to choose. - A great place to hang out if you are looking to purchase a house or condo in Greenwood Village. There are many different associations in Greenwood, and the best way to learn about the pros/cons of each is to be IN the community. (Williamsburg is the *only* rental complex in Greenwood btw.) - Units are being re-modeled as they turn. I moved in earlier this year, and was treated to new countertops, kitchen fixtures and kitchen appliances. New flooring too. - Very pretty from the outside. You won't be embarrassed to have your family/friends drive by. Now the CONS: - Floorpans. Whoever designed these buildings had something else in mind besides ease of use or comfort of living. The spaces are poorly designed and chopped up. So, what *should* fit into an 830 sq ft space does not. (Thank goodness for the nice wide garages ... storage!) Getting things like mattresses & big furniture up the staircase is a challenge. Your movers may curse a bit. - Poor HVAC design, and poorly insulated. You will likely end up paying extra elec/gas to heat the place in the winter and cool it in the summer. If you don't mind wearing extra fleece in the winter, and hanging out in your skivvies in the summer, you'll do just fine. (To be fair, part of this is the nature of a townhouse. Heat rises, so they're warmer upstairs. I've owned three townhouse style condos and all had the same issue, though not to this extent.) - Can be noisy. You may hear your neighbors on either side through the walls. I was lucky to have reasonably quiet neighbors, but on one side the tenant had two small dogs that yapped often, which was rather annoying. (At least they didn't bark at night, so I didn't complain to management.) - Expensive. And you pay for everything (nothing is included in rent): water, sewer, trash, Greenwood fee, and of course all your own regular utilities like electric, gas, any cable. That's on top of pricey rent. But like I said, given the LOCATION, I doubt one could find anything else to rent (near the park and with an attached garage) for cheaper. (Maybe this Con is more of a gripe about the current state of rental prices than a "Con" for this development?) Knowing that there are no "perfect" scenarios, Williamsburg has earned a 5-star review in my book.

I'll start with all the things I like about the place. The apartments are very spacious and kept up very well. The complex looks incredible. They go to great lengths to keep the place clean and inviting. The property management team has been nothing but wonderful and they are typically very quick to respond to any problems. The complex is located just a couple of miles away from downtown Twinsburg and most every store you could need access to. For those who are looking for easy highway access for your daily work commute 480, 271, and route 8 are easily accessible from the complex. The complex is also close to several gyms and great restaurants. I've never felt slighted by the lack of amenities (pool, on site gym, etc) for what we pay a month, especially considering how well the place is kept up and how nice Twinsburg is. There are a couple of draw backs with the complex. As the other reviewers mentioned, the cable/internet situation is a problem. When you sign your lease you sign up to have your cable provided by Dish network (through Windstream) and your internet through Windstream. If you've ever had the misfortune of working with Windstream you know why this is a problem. Needless to say their customer service is terrible, and because they own the Dish contract it's very difficult to get decent customer service from Dish. Ok, no problem just disconnect and get someone else, right? Wrong. Because Windstream bought out the cable for the complex they still charge you a $50 a month access for another company to use their outlets. All this may seem minor but after a few brutal customer service phone calls you'll understand the problem. The other issue I have with the complex deals with the number of parents who tend to pull their car up to the complex exit and sit there with their kids while they wait for the school bus. This also seems like a minor issue but when you are trying to get out the door for work it can be a little frustrating trying to navigate a line of cars when you don't know who is waiting for a school bus and who is also about to pull out and around the line of cars. The management staff has tried to address the issue but they are largely ignored. While we are moving out of Pebble Creek in a few months due to job changes, I would absolutely recommend the complex to anyone looking to move into a nice, quiet, neighborhood in a nice town.

Do you know this disgusting company has just recently sent our family a bill???? Please be aware of this unethical company that would do such an act of dishonor.
