We used CertaSite in 2024. They claimed to have performed service on a number of our fire…read moreextinguishers to include required 6 year maintenance and hydrotests. Due to them increasing their price we moved to another company. This company discovered that extinguishers we paid for them to service had the collars cut and then taped together. Fire extinguisher collars cannot be cut and are solid so that the tech would need to remove the to put on a new collar. Since the service could not be verified due to the collars being cut we're now paying to have them dine again. I would not recommend CertaSite and would recommend anyone who has used them to check the collars on their fire extinguishers.
