I highly recommend SSA for anyone's security needs, the technician who came out to install are system was very friendly as well as very informative he explained everything he was doing and how everything worked. Another plus is the Alarm.com app that they go through you can alarm and disarm alarm anywhere as well as check your cameras 24/7. We have had this system a little over a year and have only had one issue and that was due to a power outage on our end nothing with SSA but I called and they walked me through step by step on how to fix the issue with no waiting times. I was supposed to be a new customer switching over service, but they apparently weren't too concerned about my business. The supervisor I spoke to, also was not cooperative or willing to provide more appropriate customer service. I would not recommend them, as they are NOT reliable!
