I just had…read moreto have major surgery and had a payment due the day after so there was no way I could leave the hospital and go pay. They told me they would not charge me any late fees and I could just make a double payment on the next due date. Well the next due date came and not only had they charged me a late fee.. they charged two late fees. The lady was rude and basically called me a liar about what she had told me previously... like I just made that up or something. So my little $250 loan became a $400 nightmare. They refuse to take payments over the phone and only accept cash and with me being in recovery from my surgery still it is very hard for me to get out and about. This place is the worst to deal with wish I had never went through them at all. Such liars and scam artists. This place is horrible.

When I asked, they mentioned they didn't have anything else available, so that was my only option. The menudo was okay, but for the price, I expected a bit more. They did serve tortillas and all the sides. The seating area is small, and all tables were dirty no one came by to clean even after multiple groups sat in the same spot. Also, the restroom wasn't working during my visit. Service was fast and efficient.

He didn't paint behind my fridge as I requested to do on his follow up visit, parts of the ceiling isn't painted and behind my toilet isn't painted either. There's a closet I'm assuming he used to store the paint that has paint splatters on the tile. His work needs to be inspected prior to giving him the full amount. Use at your own risk. He said that he had a crew that was going to be painting with him but ended up doing the whole project himself. I don't think he has employees.

I had some bad external plumbing on a studio in my back yard, he moved everything inside the wall, removed all the pvc for pex, and has worked perfectly. After this amazing job I recommended him to do some work at my dads house, he has had trouble with his hot water pipes leaking through the house for multiple years at this point, he spent a lot of money and never got anyone to fix it up. Donnie came right over, gave him an amazing quote, and rerouted all of the hot water away from the old pipes. I will definetly be coming back to Donnie for the foreseable future with any plumbing issues.
