I made some decisions about retirement based on their retirement reports and then found out after retiring that reports conflicted and I was short about 12000 from expected funds. They told me the report was faulty and they reconciled it correctly. Then two years later, a report was sent to me saying I had over 12000 left in a 457 account. I requested it to be distributed, they verified it was there by phone, then when it wasn't distributed a month later, they said it was a computer tracking glitch that wasn't discovered two years earlier. I am displeased that twice I made decisions based on funds they said were there only to find they weren't. Not good efficiency.
