Kat and the whole team are so welcoming, the workout is amazing and low impact for postpartum recovery.

I have had two varied experiences at Core Conditioning over the years (neither negative per say)…read morebut I am going to be rating this place on my latest experience with Ashley (hope I'm spelling that correctly). Up front, I found core conditioning through my insurance, so it may not be an option for you depending on what you have. Their "thing" (I guess) is the "red rope" system. Which is a little ironic because I think in all the times I've been here I've only ever used it once. They also do Pilates, and PT. I've worked with two different therapists: one whose name I can't remember and Ashley. Both were professional and good at their jobs, the first was just... Kind of rude? It's tough to explain, but he often seemed like I was wasting his time. Ashley however is GREAT! Cannot recommend her more. There is also free parking in the structure under the building, which is nice. Last, I will say that the way they do their scheduling could use a revisit. They book out by the month, and I understand that people cancel appointments all the time, but what ends up happening is unless you boom your appointment on the DAY that they open up the schedule it becomes really difficult to book an appointment. Which is great, maybe showing how busy they are, except then whenever I go there's no one else there... Overall though, would definitely recommend.

She is very knowledgeable and caring and after two visits I'm seeing positive results. The whole concept and vibe of the place is great! I am so happy to have found Core, it blows away the in home P/T that my surgeon recommended! I highly this place to anyone who needs physical therapy or core conditioning.

They take the time to correct your form, which I truly appreciate because form always comes first (weights second!). I've also taken classes with Jason, Erin, and Masha, and had great experiences with each of them. One thing I love is that every instructor offers options--light, medium, or more advanced "spicy" variations--so you can tailor each workout to your level. I can confidently say: book a class--you won't be disappointed. Bonus: the community here is incredible. People are genuinely friendly--I've made a few friends just from attending different classes, which says a lot about the atmosphere at PowerCore.

The teachers I had were great and would help make sure your form was correct. I gave 4 stars as it was super hard to get into a class on the weekend. I wasn't sure what time they release openings to try and snag a spot. I also wish the times Mon - Thur started at 6 after work like on Fridays. All in all hope to find a special to get more classes since it's just too pricy to buy more.

I had an appointment in Encino and decided to take a class at the Sherman oaks location. I had the pleasure of having Chris as my instructor. Although the class was only a level one it was pretty challenging while still being fun and enjoyable. Chris was excellent at giving clear concise directions and fixing form in a way that was helpful. The studio is clean, beautiful and well stocked. There's a small lot in the back but plenty of street parking. Look forward to returning to this location and trying out more classes

Finally I took an introductory class with Julia and boom!!! I was hooked. My daughter came along and together we signed up for 2 months at their introductory rate. After that the price is the normal monthly rate for 8 classes, $249. I really enjoy every instructor here. Each one has their own vibe, but they all are very clear on how to keep your body aligned and guide you through each movement. Whitney is awesome with a very calming and effective voice. Alaina is easy to talk to but don't let that fool you, she will kick your body into shape...Julia, also wonderful and works your body. Candice, also awesome!!! Can't say enough about the staff & instructors. My body is definitely more toned and my behind is very happy. Lol! *They are very clear on the membership and you can freeze it if necessary but they do still charge $25 a month until you release your freeze. Then it goes back to your monthly rate. *You can pay class to class but that most definitely will cost you more money *Memberships are 4, 8 or unlimited classes per month. *The rates are locked in once you sign up.
