Discovered Barra Alta on the Michelin Guide and saw it was reasonably priced with €€. The restaurant is very welcoming with a beautifully design ceiling. The staff are very friendly and were quick to take away empty plates. We did the Sant Gervasi Menu and were very full afterwards!
My favorite is the lobster & scallop tartar, your taste buds will be welcomed by so many good flavors working together. The cod fritter is my next favorite with a very nice touch with the honey. All the dishes are creative with interesting flavors. The cheesecake is different than I am used to and I couldn't enjoy it with the strong aftertaste of goat cheese. Overall this was a great experience and is worth the Michelin Guide recognition. read more
